Ive been going to this one for about a year now every morning to get avacado toast. To begin with it was fantastic…. now not so much. Every time I ask for bacon for my toast (that I pay extra for and online says it’s generally 2 strips of bacon) Im told the little crumbles is what they put on it. Not happy because this is my favorite breakfast!

I ordered an avocado toast with extra bacon and when I tell you that it was probably the best that they’ve ever made there. I love our local Duncan location. They have always provided excellent service and great food and drink drinks.

I went to this location and because I asked for a little less ice in my coffee I was given a half of a large coffee. When asking that they top it off because I paid for a large coffee I was told they could not help me because their machine decides how much coffee goes in the cup when I suggested to add cold brew I was told that they could not do that they could only add milk you’ve got to be kidding me this is the only location I’ve ever had problems with. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be going back.

coffee did not taste good. You have to use a self-service kiosk which is intentionally confusing, hides prices, and tries to make you spend more than you’re meaning to. Also prices have increased drastically. Sizes have also gotten smaller since I was last at dunkin’s. Donut cream filling tasted watered down somehow. Breakfast sandwich left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Honestly I’m really disappointed. I haven’t had Dunkin donuts since pre covid so I was hoping for a good experience. I used to go here before because it was a cheap alternative to Starbucks, but you might as well just go there now. The staff were however very nice and the facilities were clean.

This location is usually amazing. Today, it was far from that I ordered three drinks and two donuts; two out of the three drinks were perfect, unfortunately one was not even filled to the top which was very irritating because it’s not hard to fill a drink to the top of the cup. Secondly, the two donuts I ordered were out of stock which is fine but when I went though the drive through the first time I was handed one blueberry donut and was not told that they did not have the ones I ordered, I had to go back through again and then was told they were out of stock, just slightly irritated they tried to only give me one random donut when I ordered two even though I would’ve been perfectly fine with getting two different donuts if they would’ve just let me know. Like I mentioned location is usually amazing but was lacking today.

I’m TIRED of ordering oatmilk and getting whole milk. I’m allergic to whole milk. Last time I brought it up there to get fixed she said “Oh THATS the one that was supposed to get oatmilk??” Yes. It says oatmilk on the ticket, did you not read it?

The girl taking my order was super sweet, understanding and funny! I walked from my work to this location, so I was a sweaty hot mess and a wreck. She was so nice!!! She genuinely made my morning better, so I gifted her my pink Labubu because she was so kind (trying to narrow it down to where she gets recognized for her hard work).
Even though I can’t remember her name for the life of me (forgive me, I’m exhausted!), she also deserves a raise. Working early morning sucks, so I respect that.
This location is also very good with their quality. I love coming here. 🙂

Enjoy wasting your time? Love throwing away your hard earned money on sub par quality items? Enjoy waiting in lines like it’s your second job? Then this is the store for you! I used to genuinely love dunkin, but this store has single handedly ruined that for me. I go to this particular store strictly out of convenience because I pass it on my way into work. Every morning the line is over pouring into traffic and people are pulled up to the lines waiting for items. Every morning I am asked to pull up to the lines and wait for an item. Every morning I am disappointed. You would think being pulled up and asked to wait several minutes longer for your food or drink, they’d bring out stellar quality, right!? My loaded hash browns barely have a dollop of queso, one large undercooked strip of bacon or several burnt tiny pieces. My whip is flat on my drinks. My coffee tastes burnt. But this was a new low. This was the straw that broke the proverbial camels back. I was pulled up and asked to wait for a medium iced chai tea. After waiting about 3-4mins..I was brought out a cup about 3/4 of the way full. Now Im no mathematician, but when a cup is already mostly ice..and then its only 3/4 full..Id venture to say I probably got close to 1/4 a cup of actual drink. And I paid $4.89 for this and waited extra time. The convenience is just not worth the waste of the time, waste of money and added frustration I feel every morning. I will just go out of my way and go to Starbucks, because Starbucks could NEVER!!

Me and my sister stopped by on 10/17/25 at around 2pm and the gentleman who took our order was very friendly. And the lady who gave us our food was super nice. The team at this Dunkin definitely deserves a raise. 10/10
