$96.30 for a pickup order where the kids meal spaghetti was congealed into one massive lump and several missing items. We didn’t discover the items were missing until we got home, a 25 minute drive.

The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo is one of my favorite classic noodles. My other favorites are the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and the Chicken Noodle Soup. On one visit I got the Chicken Noodle soup for a sick friend. She loved it. Service dining in and take out are quick. I love the 100+ flavors soda machine.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Worker behind the counter refused to acknowledge me and my husband the entire time we waited (we were the only people in line) eventually a cook finally acknowledged us. When the worker behind the counter finally decided we were ready to be helped we were not even SPOKEN to. Not a single word. I understand we all have hard days I myself work in retail and worked fast food for 3-4 years. But greeting a customer is the bare minimum. I hope management can work WITH their staff on this issue.

Very easy to tell the restaurant was understaffed. However, the staff working was absolutely fantastic and so kind. Malik and Kevin held a very high standard of customer service while there was a long line. I didn’t even hear them complain once. While the food was good and the wait, as well as price, was also good, if I come back it will be because of the customer service I received from Malik and Kevin. Overall a great experience and will be back.

This is the third time I’ve gone to noodles where this specific cashier(an older lady) had no idea what I was saying. I believe she has some kind of comprehension issue. All three times I’ve ordered from her it’s been very wrong. For instance, I ordered my son a kids Mac and cheese with apple sauce, a crispy, and apple juice and she said I can only order two sides then proceeded to argue with me. When I received my order I got two apple sauces and no juice. Something similar has happened with all three times I’ve ordered from her. I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this.

Very slow service- especially if you order ahead. If you want your food at 6:00 pm schedule it for 5:00 pm. Also sloppy service. Today my Mac and cheese was half egg noodle half elbow.

Baguettes were cold and about 5 days expired, so dry and we didn’t even eat them.They did not cut or toast them, not that it would have helped. I ordered extra chicken and that was missing on top of my pasta, ordered extra spinach in my 2nd dish, they put cold uncooked spinach on the side, Absolutely disappointing will not be back, would not recommend

You wouldn’t guess from the name, but this place all manner of dishes co training noodles. You have to read the menu carefully, though, because some dishes have fake noodles made from zucchini.
Food is decent for the price. Serving sizes are on the large side, though. I ordered a regular and found it to be about twice as much as I can eat. I should have asked for the small.
I like the multi-flavored soda fountain. It was nice to have so many variations of each drink to choose from.
The interior is weird, like they ran out of money most of the way into the buildout of the store. There is a partial drop ceiling just hanging above part of the dining area. They’re just slats of wood hanging there, like they couldn’t afford to finish installing all of the slats and put some ceiling tiles on them. The exposed HVAC system and upper roof supports look really low budget. There were also several electrical outlets about 12 feet off the ground, at a height where no normal human could utilize them. Very bizarre.
