Food is good when they get order right. They give u wrong order for breakfast 1 out of 3 times. I even check ticket and I ordered right. Still like the food. They are out of steak biscuits and container for gravy biscuits. Or coffee cups. That is supplier probably not them.

10/17/22 – This fried chicken restaurant gets not one, but Three “F’s”… for fast, friendly & fresh!
I went inside because it was chilly outside & your mouth will drool as soon as you walk in. The chicken is penetrating your eyes & nose because it’s kept warm and crispy near the register. The staff was still training a few new girls but they were very nice.
I got the #14 breast & wing combo and was served in seconds. I mean there was no crowd; so more for me, right? I would consider the cajun seasoning on the chicken at a medium scoville level; Fantastic for the whole family, but I wouldn’t recommend feeding it to young children without milk. The “dirty rice” is a seasoned mash of rice, bell pepper & diced sausage.
The prices were decent, considering inflation & compared to KFC. Buckets cost more than lunch boxes with sides. If I come by again, I will likely recommend stopping!

Using baby chickens can’t get an order correct. Chicken at Food City is much better. It doesn’t cost as much as Bojangles.

Not good! Drive thru and wait time was long. I got a bacon biscuit that had maybe half slice of bacon. Also, had discount card and got no Discount. UNREAL!!!! Thought I’d give it another shot! What a mistake..wasn’t any better than last time! This location needs some serious employee training. Everytime I get a biscuit it’s either lacking something or it’s one broken mess. Will not be returning!

I miss when they had a human say “Its bo time!” The robot taking my order creeps me out and makes it where I dont ever want to come back. Love your food. But can’t stand the demonic voice asking me for my order.
