Stopped in for breakfast during the grand opening and was quite impressed. The Drive Thru experience was pleasant and way more efficient than the other location in Warwick. One lane is for the full Drive Thru experience and the other is for mobile orders with the app. The Spicy Chicken Biscuit was tasty. Overall think this will be much easier to navigate than the other location. You can enter at either side of Showcase, just be mindful of the signs getting in. Hopefully this one outperforms Warwick. Even noticed the straw was like the other Chick-fil-A’s that use a semi real straw. The Warwick one uses these disgusting paper straws. Always great to have another Chick-fil-A nearby!

I came here a bit after the opening it’s nice inside. When ordering staff was slow and look like they needed help. I’m assuming everyone here is new or has never worked for Chick-fil-a. Also a majority of the people here are white, so not that much diversity on this side. Would say the Bald Hill Chick-fil-a is more efficient and diverse.

edit: ALSO when we were leaving I asked for a refill on my drink which was Hi-C and the lady gave me unsweetened tea TWICE after.

Been in a couple times now, for breakfast and dinner. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The owner greats guests and the place is spotless. The food is fantastic. Meals come out hot and fresh. I highly recommend any of the grilled chicken dishes.

I stopped in to this location and it happened to be the grand opening. For the first day of opporations I was extremely impressed. You can tell that they have been trained well leading up to the opening. The restraunt is immaculate and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. The food can out quickly and exactly how I ordered it. I will absolutely be back.

We had a fantastic visit to the brand new Chick-fil-A in East Greenwich, RI! From the moment we walked in, the entire team provided exceptional customer service & everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, & super attentive to every detail. The store was immaculate, clean & well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, just as expected from Chick-fil-A, and it’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work & delivering top notch quality service. We visited as a family & every single one of us left completely satisfied, happy & already talking about our next visit. This new Chick-fil-A is such a great addition to the area. The eat-in space is bright, welcoming, and actually a nice place to sit down for a meal. Service is fast and genuinely friendly, the kind that makes you feel like they’re glad you’re there, and the food is consistently fresh and high quality. You can really feel the hometown touch knowing it’s locally owned, which makes a big difference. Big Chick-Fil-A customer and Ive been visiting the Warwick, RI Location as the only RI location to visit and they are great too!!
Now that this East Greenwich Location has opened I have just visited for the first time and everything is Fantastic! I will definitely frequent this location! From service, friendliness and professionalism to great food- 10/10!!

I stopped by today (1/24) around 5:45. I just wanted to point out how wonderful the 2 young people working the drive thru were. They were both very kind and had a happy, outgoing demeanor. Sadly I don’t recall their names, but what a great team!

I don’t normally rate fast food restaurants on Google, but this Chick-fil-A is doing a fantastic job! The food is always very fresh and high-quality. All of the employees are super friendly and very helpful and the food comes out quick. What more could you ask for?
