We finally found the Noodles in Hudso . It’s kind of hidden in a strip mall just off Carmichael. It’s very easy to miss. We had a good meal at Noodles. We both had the Zucchini Grilled Orange Chicken. It tasted great. But it seemed like a small bowl of soup not at all like the picture of the full size dish. It took a bit of time to get our food, but they didn’t have enough people. That seems to be the problem everywhere. The people were great though. We were even given a couple coupons for a free bowl because of the wait. That was very thoughtful. I did think it was funny that they labeled their restrooms as “gender neutral” when they’re just 1 person restrooms.

Assured our order was gluten-safe only to find out many orders later that it was not. My fiance has been in excruciating pain and we couldn’t figure out why until we got a penne noodle mixed in the rice noodles tonight. Another contaminate. This location is not Gluten safe.

Stopped in to get something for dinner at Noodles and Company in Hudson. They are very responsive and super friendly! Love the liveliness and the soft lighting. Menu looks good and love the options they provide. I ordered the leanguini Rosa and it was delicious! Definitely recommend Noodles and Company in Hudson, WI.

Door dash delivery to the hotel around the corner. Food arriver hot. The noodle & shrimp dish, lemon something, had good flavor. Very tasty. Pasta cooked perfectly. Ordered the large option, with a side it was enough of a meal. Side was macaroni and cheese which was very good. Decent value for supper. First time customer. I’d eat here again.

I’ve always gotten the Wisconsin Mac and cheese (still love it) but I tried a couple new options the last time I was there and it was surprisingly delicious and actually not priced too bad!

Ordered from them several times using doordash. I’ve ordered the tomato bisque at least the last five times. The portions are never consistent and at times only cover the bottom of the bowl. This time in the time before I was served scorched burnt soup. It’s clear to see they were literally scraping the bottom of the barrel on this one. I still ordered a serving of soup in this time they sent it in the side of soup container and there’s still barely any inside of that. Very disappointing.
