Omg I love this place. Well…. It’s my first time eating here and this is based off this experience alone. I wish I took pictures of all the food. I ordered online and got it to go.

Stopped in for a late lunch and it was very good. The staff were very friendly, service was very fast and our order was accurate. I don’t know why I haven’t tried the buttered noodles from here before. Probably became the price for buttered noodles seems a little much here. They were very good though. Probably the best entree I’ve tried from Noodles. I also tried the lemon Parmesan broccoli and that was good as well. The Caesar salad was ok, I probably wouldn’t order it. My husband got his usual of bbq pork Mac and cheese and it was also good. Filled out a survey and got a free dessert. Great experience.

I found a literal bug in my food, yes a bug it was small but it was alive, my girlfriend found a eyelash in her food and it wasn’t hers because she was wearing mascara. Employees seemed like they just didn’t care, now we just have to watch our friends eat while they make us new food, not even the food we ordered or paid for because they didn’t have Any more Alfredo sauce warmed up. And then We asked for the pulled pork mac & cheese. She said OK and then came back then said is chicken. OK we said yes but without the chives they came back with the chives, And they gave us nothing to compensate.

Food was delicious but it wasn’t even half of what I normally would get.
I called to speak to manager and upon request left info for mgr to call back in morning.
Next day no call so following day I went into store and ask for manager. I was told that the mgr on duty needed a translator but that I WILL get a call back that afternoon.
Again nothing !!!
Too bad, ill have to go to Chipotle.

Hudson Noodles is awful!! We went for a fundraiser for the boys and girls cross country team last September. The amount raised for the team was less than $30.00. I had the majority of my cross country team eat dinner at this establishment along with many friends and family. The employees told us to stop telling them that we were part of the Hudson XC fundraiser because a portion of the entire night’s sales would automatically be donated to Hudson High School boys and girls XC. Then we received a check for $23.17! That is the most disrespectful slap in the face donation. The amount should have been closer to $300! I have called multiple times and have been told this is their fault. They told me they found the error on their end and would get back to me on the new amount. Well, now, they are saying NO. They are claiming it must be our fault for not telling them we were with the team. This is sad. Their website claims 25% of all qualifying sales go back to our organization. When in realty it goes into their pockets as a tip. I have been trying to fix this for the past 3 months and now realize I am out of luck. I hope customers read this and go to other Hudson establishments. If for some reason they decide to fix this error I will gladly edit my post to share the outcome.

I would give it zero if possible. We did an online mobile order. Ok, 5:45pm is our pick up time. Not ready it will be ready at 6:00pm go to counter again. Your order will take another 30 or more minutes. Our bag was on the counter they should use with other bags lined up in front of this. Make online order system more accurate with order placement. Clean the bathrooms. Do regular checks. You can tell it had not been cleaned in awhile.

I didn’t get sick and had the garlic and Italian sausage noodle bowl. Yum The people here were excellent at dealing with my picky diet restrictions and gave me exactly what I wanted. I just don’t like the stiff corporate seats and tables.

This location has a greater than 50% rate of screwing up your order. Check your bag before you leave. I should have warned my son before he picked up dinner for me. When you try to call the store, it will disconnect you unless you are using their automated order system. The food is good, but the workers lack attention to detail, and they and the corporation they work for likely do not care a bit about it. I guess I’ll have to eat the cost, not the food.

We finally found the Noodles in Hudso . It’s kind of hidden in a strip mall just off Carmichael. It’s very easy to miss. We had a good meal at Noodles. We both had the Zucchini Grilled Orange Chicken. It tasted great. But it seemed like a small bowl of soup not at all like the picture of the full size dish. It took a bit of time to get our food, but they didn’t have enough people. That seems to be the problem everywhere. The people were great though. We were even given a couple coupons for a free bowl because of the wait. That was very thoughtful. I did think it was funny that they labeled their restrooms as “gender neutral” when they’re just 1 person restrooms.

My boyfriend,and couple friends and I went and my boyfriends food had a bug in it that was alive and mine had an eye lash in it. Wasn’t mine,I had mascara on so I could tell it wasn’t mine. We went up there and told them and they were just like “k we’ll make a new one” than the lady came over to our table and goes “we close in 5 mins and have no Alfredo sauce warmed up,it will take 20 mins to do that,can we get you something else” so we asked for the pork Mac & cheese and she comes back and asked if chicken was ok and we said “yes with no chives” so we sat there and watched our friends eat and when we got our food it had chives when we said NO CHIVES!!!!!x
