We offer seasonal items and other items like Garlic Truffle fries, Gochujang Chicken fries and grilled Chicken wraps! We finally tried Hood Burger at the food truck on the patio at The Bruery in Meridian (right next to Topgolf), and wow… so good. You don’t even have to grab a drink to eat there either, which is nice. You can just stop in for dinner and hang out on the patio. It’s super charming, has lots of seating, heaters when it’s chilly, and it’s great for kids and pups too.
I had the Idaho Huckleberry burger and it was the perfect mix of flavors. Nothing was overpowering, the meat was juicy, and the bun was soft and fresh. Every bite just worked. My husband had the Gochujang Chicken Sandwich and loved it too.
And can we talk about the fries? Crispy, hot, and cooked in tallow, which I really appreciate. We’re so over seed oils, so that was a big win for us.
The owner even came out to check on us and chat for a minute. It was really cool hearing his story and why he started the business. You can tell he really cares about what he’s serving and about his customers.
5 stars isn’t enough – highly recommend Hood Burger if you’re looking for a great local food truck with awesome food and a really fun, family-friendly spot to sit and enjoy it.

Amazing burger. The huckleberry burger is considered the best burger the truck makes and I had it today… easily the best burger I have ever had! Great guy running the truck, great service, and even better food. We got an extra burger, the Oklahoma, that is picture and we are so excited for when we get to eat it later since we’re already so full. Great food, we will be back. By far one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. They are located at The Bruery in Meridian. The huckleberry burger was sweet, savory with a kick and their garlic truffle fries were amazing! Beef from Round Valley Ranch. The people are kind, friendly and very customer forward. I’d highly recommend to go try them once, twice and over again to everyone I know. A must in the treasure valley!

Just came here for lunch, and the hype is 100% deserved! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The owner came by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. We really appreciated that. And the burgers? Absolutely phenomenal. As a local burger connoisseur, I can confidently say this is one of the best burgers in the Treasure Valley.
