Still haven’t heard a response as of 3.10.26. Gave me wrong order after waiting a half hour! Nooo. I’m allergic to shrimp as well which they added to this fun meal. Hopefully someone can reach out so we can get this addressed. Spending $15 and getting the incorrect order is such a bummer. I am hoping to here from someone soon. Happy to remove post when this is addressed. 2.23.26

I’ve tried this place three different times and every single time my order has been completely wrong. Ask for no shrimp? You’re getting shrimp. Getting steak stroganoff? No steak. Getting chicken alfredo Monte Amore? No chicken. It is insane how terrible the service is at this location.

Food was good but customer service needs to improve, I bring my kid here often but seems like the young staff forgot they’re at work. The young girl is always on her phone very loud and obnoxious. The green haired girl seems like she is the manager but will laugh with the girl. I understand work shouldn’t be boring but be professional. Stopped in for a bowl of the Rosa and honestly had an awesome experience from start to finish. The staff were on point, friendly, quick, and clearly take pride in what they do. Food came out hot, fresh, and hit exactly the way I hoped it would. Big shoutout to the team here for making it more than just grabbing food, you guys made it a genuinely great stop. Keep doing what you’re doing because it shows.

This Noodles used to be a staple for my family, but in the last few years the service and food have taken a nose dive. Not only is the staff unfriendly, but the food itself is of poor quality most of the time. The help needs to be better trained on how to properly cook noodles, and they should get rid of the ridiculous self-serve utensils and plates. This place is much too expensive to be this poor!

Probably the strangest experience of being given the wrong food. Half of the order of udon was just pasta, maybe fettuccine, stuck together. Pretty noticeable when the pasta starts to shred and peel apart. Completely different look and texture, not sure how this was even made. Accidents like this are constant here and have not improved.

Rude unprofessional staff. A young girl (whom I see has had other complaints made on her) was so condescending and unprofessional. Made my food with wrong ingredients due to them being out of the correct ones without consulting me, resulting in an allergic reaction. Disgusting behavior and management needs to do more. Every time I go here it’s wrong.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Rania the customer service here, especially with one particular employee who is always rude and disrespectful toward me. Every time I come in, she gives me attitude for no reason, acts like I’m a bother, and makes me feel completely unwelcome. What made it worse this time was that she even talked about me to her coworkers right in front of me, like I wasn’t even there. It was humiliating and unprofessional. I don’t understand why she continues to treat me this way, but it’s clear that respect and basic courtesy are not part of how she handles her job. No one should be treated like that, especially when all I wanted was a little help.

Staff here is awful, a group of my friends and I left reviews after our terrible service. As you can tell one of the workers is obviously posing as customers to save herself from her own mistakes & attitude. This is just a testament to the staffs character and this employee as well. Unprofessional, rude, and not able to accept accountability!!!
