Just ordered this awhile ago and I was super unsatisfied with my order. The staff gave me a full refund but I don’t think anyone should have their order look like this. The pictures does not do it justice of how disgusting it looks in person, and the cook shouldn’t have still plated my food with it being this burnt and not thinking something was wrong with it. Honestly just making a review for other people and for the staff to do better 🙁

I visited about 1 month ago- I got noodles that was undercooked and food was very dry with minimal sauce. The food was cold when I picked up at the time it said it would be available. I did try to do a review and got a return message from management team that they would send me a coupon to get a free bowl. I never received that and also reached out as a follow up as we are very imperfect humans. No response back–if I was you I would take yourself to the closest alternative as I see reviews below me to match up with my concerns as well that I had. When you pay 12 bucks for a noodle bowl you expect it to be decently prepared.

The noodles were not done enough for my liking. Do not eat the meatballs, Because they are bad. And the soda machine broke. That was not the end of the world, but disappointing.

They’ll steal your money and refuse to give you food!! I placed an order for delivery at 11:45am. The order was supposed to be delivered at 12:30pm. At 12:25, I recieved an email the my order was canceled without a refund. The email said to call the store for more information. I called the store 5 times but the workers hung up immediately after answering each time. So, Noodles stole $20 from me and they refuse to provide an explanation.
