I usually by default give 5s out unless something is awful. This food was decent. Some of the meatballs were a bit burnt or had burnt sauce which is not ideal but I’m not very picky. My wife liked her pasta, however, she refused to eat the shrimp she thought were overcooked and probably came frozen. My food that is pictured was okay, I can appreciate the fresh veggies on top and steak was tender. I think we will comeback to try different stuff. I think the diverse options are a cool concept. A 4 is not bad, however, most of my reviews are 5s.

I go here every once in a while and the past year or two especially, you guys have had wonderful service!!! The employees are always kind and make my food really good. I’ve never been to another location so I can’t speak for those but I highly recommend this one! I feel like so many places have terrible service nowadays and this place is not one of them!

This is my first time experiencing noodles & company. I was in the mood for pasta and I was in the area. This location was located in Newport Kentucky which is where I was vacationing and I am not disappointed with my first experience. I recommend trying the Cajun Garlic Shrimp fettuccine. It was my favorite dish

I went to go pick up an order about 10 mins before closing. I was greeted by an employee name Camron. After giving me my drinks I noticed that the lids didn’t fit because the company have new cups. I don’t want them to spill in my car, so I asked did they have stickers to hold the lids down. Not only did Cam went to give me stickers, he also helped me with the stickers, which he didn’t have to. It’s just CUSTOMER SERVICE do not get noticed a lot like it should in restaurant business. I ll keep coming to a place with customer service like his. Keep it up young man

Came home to throw this pad thai away. The food is literally old and rotten. The parsley and limes are slimy and brown. There isn’t nearly enough sauce, even at the bottom. The egg is a couple large burned pieces. The noodles are old, dry, and congealed. I used to like coming here, but every so often I have to throw my food in the trash after taking a good look at it at home. Wondering if this is what you get on a Sunday if they only get a food truck delivery once a week. Edit: just opened the side of broccoli to find a mashed up mess of more rotten food.

some of the best customer service I have ever received. They forgot my garlic bread to my order so I called in and they offered to mail me a free bowl in return. Which was totally fine by me. Not but 40 minutes later did the general manager show up at my door with two hot orders of garlic bread and a free bowl coupon. Awesome customer service.

About halfway into eating I realized that the noddles used are MODLY. not just one or two but A BUNCH of moldy noodles. Absolutely foul.

This place is awful. I just placed my first and only order here. Containers were less than half full, my mac n cheese literally had no cheese besides the sprinkle on top. Noodles were naked and hard paid nearly $30 for less than $2 worth of grocery store quality boxed pasta. Completely ridiculous quality and quantity of food. Spend your money elsewhere!
