They sit there just talking, fill your cup halfway and just call it good, their mixing cups are visibly dirty, no receipt and I don’t exactly know what is going on in that dudes head as he just sits there blankly forgetting he works there and needs to speak at some point. I gave them another chance recently and had a good experience with a kid working there, then today with this guy and girl was just obnoxious. Save some time and just do drive through across the street, at least they are clean and will get the drinks right, as well as adding in just a hint of customer service.

They made me a sweet vanilla cream cold brew, and I could tell by the color it wasn’t right, but I thought I’ll try it anyway. Came back 15 minutes later and told them I didn’t like it. WITH OUT HESITATION! The guy dumped it and said, “How can I make it right?” Ladies and gentlemen, that is customer service. I don’t know their names, but they were working 12-15-24. It’s hard to find that level of service, but when you find it, It needs to be recognized.

They made my order wrong, I asked for matcha with oatmilk with cost more, and they gave me regular milk, which changes completely the taste. Also, the girl was really confusing when my husband asked if the shaken brown sugar expresso was available hot.

Our favorite Starbucks! Consider it our home store. We’ve come to know the crew on the weekends, very personable, and they take the time (even during the busy rushes) to make sure everything is right. Knowing that they remember you and engage you makes a big difference, whether you’re in the store or just in the drive thru.

Live near this location and will drive 20 minutes to go to a well ran and organized franchise elsewhere. Repeatedly out of flavors and the SLOWEST of operations imaginable. Have given plenty of opportunities for redemption with no progress.

Asked for a frap at 7:30 and was told he can’t make frapps because he is cleaning machine. You do not close until 8:00 pm. It does not take that long.
