Lukewarm bland food served very quickly by professional employees. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Got three different breakfast sandwiches, all were decent but nothing worth getting again. Hashbrown was flavorless slab of room temp potato. Coffee was decent. Paid near 20, tasted like it should have cost 10.

Stopped somewhere on my way back from Barboursville, WV at Tim Hortons (in WV) and got a small coffee but they gave me a large for the price of a small. Thought I got a deal til I tasted it. It was burnt.

Don’t waste your time or money here. I was traveling for work today & stopped for breakfast. Every step of my order was a disaster. I had to repeat my order 3 times to 2 ppl. I ordered everything as it comes, no special requests, not even sugar in my coffee. The most basic order ever. I ordered an iced latte, they gave me a hot one. I ordered a bagel, toasted, it was not. The MANAGER handed me the hot drink, I told her the mistake, she took back the drink & did NOT make me who ordered!

We lived off 7th and ate here often. Donuts were always delicious and fresh. We tried every donut shoppe in the MOV and these were hands down the winner. If you fire donuts go to the Tim’s. We recently moved to Marietta and the Tim’s in here does not measure up. It would almost be worth the drive the donuts are that good. “I give it ten out of ten” -Billy Bob

Just moved from west coast so I was absolutely thrilled when I found out I was moving near my favorite coffee shop. The disappointment was out of this world with this location. Staff appeared dirty and unprofessional, donuts were stale, and coffee cold…location was dirty and had no excuse for it, especially for having four employees behind the counter goofing around and ZERO customers. Management might want to begin managing this location.

The lady seemed rude all because the price didnt match up, and she acted like she had an attitude when she went and told the manager, the manager didn’t even apologize, looked at me or nothing. They treated me like I was an inconvenience and then when I apologized for being complicating the rude cashier decided to say I don’t know the menu sorry. Like it was hard for her to do and then on top of it she didn’t add my butter, so I had to be one of those people and be like is there butter on it and the nice gentleman said sorry no and did it with no problems. Your store is poorly run and need new employees besides the man who works in the kitchen and did my sandwich he was the only nice one who made eye contact out of the 3 I interacted with. I get the drive thru was busy but inside wasn’t. Then the lady walk in back and I’m pretty sure she was talking about me because the guy standing back where she was hiding behind a wall looked at me. I get Tim Hortons from Emerson Ave all the time great customer service but this location could use their kind of management or employees because I didn’t feel respected. So please do better. I work in fast food and this isn’t acceptable… thanks!
