I would like to say the food came out excited well , I do feel it is less food then pre-Covid . Which it is hard to understand how restaurants such as Noodles and company can charge more for less food . My main reason for leaving a review is not for the quality of the food but I experienced where my food was made incorrectly . I went to speak with the manager about the incorrectly made food and he asked me for the incorrect made meal and tossed it in the trash and offered to remake the order as I initially ordered it . It was the lack of communication to inform me that if he was to remake it then he would trash the other order . If I was informed of that I would have been able to make a more informed decision in whether or not I want to return the food as ordering simply noodles is the same price as ordering a noodle bowel full of sauce vegetables etc . Just lack of communication that made the experience unpleasant. The manager informed me the owner requires freshly wrongly made food to be thrown away so the customer does not receive two meals and to keep the homeless away . Any establishment with owners with this mindset I can not patronize . If the throwing away of the order is the policy inform the customer upon returning and then the customer can decide to keep the wrongly made food or to give it back and have it remade . Better transparency when it comes to pricing for customers to understand the pricing would be appreciated. For these reasons I would not recommend patronizing this establishment with these type of practices .

This is what came to me. Very disappointing after coming in after a long day and being hungry. Why do I have to spend $3.25 for extra sauce, I bought two just to not be forced to eat dry noodles. That makes the “true” price $15 vs $12 if you want noodles without lackluster sauce just like another reviewer said. Wanted to wash my hands before I ate..Bathroom was dirty and disgusting

Pretty decent place. Family and I went here today and had a few different items. The spaghetti and meatballs is definitely only suitable for kids as the sauce is pretty lackluster and very simplistic. Pad Thai is decent, but you can definitely find better elsewhere, and the Japanese Udon noodles were actually quite nice. They had a good mix of sweet and savory flavors that worked well. My only issue was that my tofu got burned which made it oddly tough and added a burnt bitterness to my meal that was not overly welcome. We also had the garlic cheese bread which came with marinara sauce. It was pretty good and the marinara tasted exactly like Little Caesars Pizza marinara and was much nicer than the sauce that came with the Spaghetti and Meatballs.
Price point is pretty wild with meals ranging from anywhere between 7-14 dollars a plate.

The staff were really nice and friendly. Service was fast considering it was all made to order. Restaurant was relatively clean, but the bathroom lighting is quite dingy. Bathroom was clean, but due to the lighting it makes it seems dirty.

Very clean from first impression. Friendly service. Quick to make our orders and then brought to our table. The cheese bread soft warm and cheesy goodness. The Japan style noodle dish looked really good and it received an enthusiastic two thumbs up. As did our spicy Thai noodle dish. Good size portion a few too many red peppers but that’s just me. Would come back for sure.

Noodles and Company quality has gone down the drain. Ordered regular size chicken and Parmesan and received a small container that looks like it was apart of a frozen package you get on an airplane except they put into an oven to reheat. Got Wisconsin Mac n cheese and the cheese sauce was very watered down and can not even taste the cheese. My wife got the pad Thai with steak and there was really burnt burning’s off the skillet.
Overall this place smells like Applebees and tables don’t feel clean. This is not the same Noodles and Company that used to be great years ago

Don’t recommend this place

The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean but the food quality was poor considering the price. The amount of protein in the Korean bowl was pathetic and the cilantro was full of stems.

Will not be back due to this.

Noodles & Co was honestly delicious. Me and my bf both got the spicy Asian steak bowl and it was so savory and as the name says… spicy.

The soda machine had a little more carbonation but that’s just me being picky.

They have so many options that I’ll be back to try some more. 4/5

My 15 year old son adores this food which is why we end up here over and over. He’s wild about pasta. He got the pesto dish and I got Pad Thai. It was very delish as usual. It’s busy in there especially with take out orders. In my opinion the decor is really outdated, the tile floors look dirty (they are brown so it’s difficult to tell). Many tables not wiped down, a little trash in the floor. Just not a great atmosphere. The food is served in plastic dishes.

This place is dirty, the furniture is very worn. Soda machine has most drink options unavailable. It’s gone down hill with all the other great restaurants and eateries around

The food here is below grade. Made the mistake of coming here instead of the other noodle place, Nothing but noodles. Ordered pad Thai. Had a terrible thin carmel color sauce with no flavor, no Thai basil, minimal peanuts and fake eggs. Barely edible and you could make it at home with a cheap noodle pack of you really wanted it.
