Upon walking in we were greeted with a smile and a friendly voice. We struggled putting in our order because so many of the items sounded incredibly appetizing. The food was absolutely delicious the service was on point. As well as the environment being incredibly friendly. I definitely would return!

Yesterday I placed an order for delivery via the app as I’m currently in-patient at the Richmond VA Medical Center. I placed the order approximately 1645 for an estimated delivery time of 1724. At approximately 1745 I called the restaurant to see if the order was on the way; I spoke to Mitchell who checked on the driver who had yet to arrive to pick up my order. Upon checking, the driver was not answering his or her phone, nor was the delivery service. Mitchell placed a second order for a new driver to pick up and make the delivery to the VA Medical Center. As the new driver was picking up my order, the original driver finally arrived to pick up the first order as well. I ended up receiving both orders, allowing me to share with my nurse, and another patient here on the Spinal Cord Injury unit.
As my food was perfect, once arrived, my five star review is for Mitchell and the extra mile he went to ensure I received the food I ordered. Thank you Mitchell for the outstanding customer service!

The service was great but the food was just okay. I used to love noodles and company, id get it every year on my birthday as a teen. The same meal ive been getting for years was just low quality.
The staff was great. I could tell it was just low quality ingredients and smaller portion sizes for a higher price.
Im very disappointed and sadly wont be coming back.

Lots of online pickups. Dining was almost empty. Overpriced noodles. I had the penne with shrimp. It was okay. Shrimps were not overcooked, but penne were almost gummy. Wisconsin mac and cheese was good, but I believe it’s too expensive for what it is. Pad Thai was good, but it just doesn’t taste like one. Almost maybe. Also, tried impossible chicken…no good. I really expected a lot more basing on how much they were charging.

$2.85 + tax for this and yall can’t even fill the bowl up , it’s filled half way up. It’s already a small bowl and yall are so stingy that you can’t even fill the soup up when I paid extra for it. the chicken bacon Alfredo pasta was terrible. The broccoli tasted like rubber and they barely put enough chicken in it. I could’ve gotten way better food elsewhere for almost $18.00. I want my money back and won’t be back.

2/5 stars, so I am a big-big lover of Noodles & Company and if this review was about their “main dishes” then it would absolutely be at 4 or 5 stars. But I decided to be adventurous because I’m trying to change my eating habits and be a bit healthier so I got their “big Salad”. It was a mistake in every way possible. My first red flag should’ve been the fact they don’t have ranch dressing but I let it go cause I can just use or make my own ranch, sure, whatever.
But I paid nearly $8 for what is the equivalent of a side or a $4 at any of my near-by fast food places or Chick-Fil-A, and this was WITHOUT any protein, with protein it would’ve been over $12. This bowl, isn’t even HALF way full, it’s literally LESS than half of the bowl, there’s more empty space and air in my salad than anything else. I was even able to stick a normal sized adult dining fork into the dead center of this salad (without moving or tossing it) and it didn’t even go half-way up the ends of the fork itself. And this was $8? Really?
Your pasta meals are delicious and great portions, I even ordered one to go along with the salad, thank goodness because that’s likely the only reason this wasn’t a 1star simply out of anger and betrayal. Y’all need to either fix your portion sizes or at least have the courtesy to lie to us politely by using smaller bowls for your salads so we don’t ‘see’ how much we’re getting jipped by. 🙂

I thought the pad Thai was pretty good but when I started to eat my food I felt off. When I looked at my eggs this is what I found on them. I legit almost threw up.
Update: the only thing the owner said he could off is a gift card to noodles and company. He refused a refund….

This restaurant is a bit disappointing. The meal is overpriced, small for price and wants tips for almost no service. $64.00 for 3 people. The food is obviously all microwaved and not very appetizing. I wanted a dish they no longer had and no suggestions were offered while ordering standing in line. Fast food is more suggestive. I ordered in line, filled my drink from a machine and emptied my tray when finished. Why should I tip? Tips are earned not automatically given because a percentage is offered on a check..The whole experience was not enjoyable or very tasty..
