It is sad Sonic can’t open until 9:00, I guess no one will work. I stopped there this morning 2/9/26. Ordered Big Red, Dr. Pepper which they had none. Then ordered Sonic Reese’s Blast and was told the ice cream machine been down 2 weeks. Unbelievable!! Canceled the one item they did have. I was not upset with the employee, not his fault. This needs to be fixed.

Ion think it could get any lower I would give no stars if I could manager was rude and tried to be funny when I called to let her know so I cancelled my order and otw to somewhere where there is great food and great customer service. Mr Sonya do better plz. Y’all are the only sonic here in town. If the manager acts that way I hate to see the team that she is over advocating for a new manager and because I’m a secret shopper and an RnB artist I’m sure I’ll get the word out

Ordered a large onion ring. Pulled it out of be bag and it felt like a soft ball. Soggy wet crap. Looking closer I found a maggot that was still alive. I will never attempt to eat at any sonic again. This is the Newton location.Ford? And your reply to me is generic? Do you think you need to correct the problem? Why should I have to make any further comments? As a owner, you should automatically look into this. It is your failure.

I bought $50 worth of food for dinner. I ordered 4 ft long coneys and the hot dogs where so hard and old and the fries were cold, old and hard. This was such a waste of money and it sad to see that businesses no longer take pride in the quality of food their customers receive. Do better sonic….

Well I should know better, I’m the idiot, everytime i come ssomething is incorrect and normally when I call i don’t get no polite answers this time I was rude and I apologize for that but man this can’t keep happening and I know I’m not the only one!!! But how can I order 3 shakes one chocolate and 2 Carmel the chocolate barley had a brown color and the Carmel idk what happened maybe a drizzle because it was still white tasted vanilla I poured it into another cup there was no color idk what has happened to fast food joints over the past 15 hrs but when it comes to food people should not be working with food if they are just there for a paycheck you got to live being at your job or it’s going to show I will not no longer eat at Newton sonic if your not waiting 30 mins it’s always something, now the servers,the ones who bring the food they are sweet as can be maybe they need to be in the kitchen

I keep saying that I will never waste my money ever again but I wasted it again today. I will admit the coca-cola was delish and last time I ordered a cherry limeade from them I couldn’t even drink it. Awful.
I only ordered a large coke and a large order of tater tots with cheese. I waited about 15 minutes for my order and when I got home and sat down to eat it? It was not good at all. The tater tots were as hard as a rock and they knew those things had been sitting under a light for hours. I mean it this time.. I’m never going back.

We sat outside for 21 minutes, just for our order to come out wrong, we added another three minutes on top of that for them to bring back out a watered down, Coke Zero. Service was terrible. The employees sat inside talking amongst each other; we saw 5 total, 2 were working and it was mainly one girl running orders when they did do something. Tots came in our order instead of fries 0/10 worst experience at this sonic ever. Definitely go to forest if you’re trying to have sonic!!! Several people drove off while we were waiting bc they never got their food.

We waited for 30 minutes for our order of 2 burgers, 2 orders of chicken nuggets, 2 tater tots, 2 onion rings, loaded tots, 4 drinks, and a blast. We sat there, watching our road trip arrival time get later and later. The girl came out grinning and said they didn’t have an order for us. Was that money not worth your effort? We asked if anyone remembered taking our order and she just smiled again and walked away. We started to reorder, saw all the terrible reviews about waiting only to get subpar food, changed our minds, and went to McDonald’s. I doubt they even cared. Our kids, however, were starting to get really hungry. Thanks.
