I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Noodles & Company location.
When my family and I walked in, a young lady was sweeping and cleaning the floor. She then came to the register to take our order. After we sat down, instead of returning to cleaning, I noticed she was scooping garnish with her bare hands and handing it directly to the cook.
I immediately went to the counter and asked if she was helping prepare the food. She said yes. I then asked why she was handling food with no gloves on after just sweeping the floor. Her response was that she had washed her hands, which was still unacceptable given proper food-handling and cross-contamination standards.
I asked to speak with the manager and requested a refund. I explained how important basic food safety, handwashing, and glove use are especially in a restaurant setting. While the employee took the already-prepared food to the back, I caught a glimpse of the kitchen, which looked extremely unclean and unsettling. I also noticed that the cooks were not wearing gloves either.
The manager was kind, professional, and refunded us promptly. She stated she would address the issue with the employee (register ID TM1336), which I appreciated.
That said, it’s very frustrating to have to explain basic food safety practices as a customer. This experience was shocking, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. We planned all day to try this restaurant for the first time, and instead left feeling disgusted and disappointed.
We will not be returning to this location. Please take food safety, cleanliness, and cross-contamination seriously.

My Parmesan chicken was burnt and had that burnt food taste. The chicken was overcooked and dried out. I was so hungry I ate it anyway but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I usually go to the Bel Air location and think I will stick to it.

Wonderful experience and delicious food. The gentleman who took care of me and my child yesterday was intuitive and very charismatic. I thoroughly enjoyed eating here and the food was delicious. They have just the right amount of variety in their menu options as to not be overwhelming while still accommodating any potential dietary restrictions. Staff seemed friendly and the dining area was kept neat and clean.

I got the pesto pasta had them add shrimp and for the price, it’s not worth the trip to this location. Bowl was filled halfway, not sure if because its an online order they feel they can just gip the customer cause im not in the store to see them make it. Seems like I’m eating a kids meal, now i need to get something else to eat which defeats the purpose of ordering from here. Never again

Food is normally good. I ordered here with a friend and didn’t get the chance to try the Alfredo. Sadly they weren’t serving it. I ordered the pesto cavatappi. There was barely any chicken in the meal. My friend wanted to substitute a noodle with a tortellini and they said we can’t do that because it will confuse the cooks.

Had a great meal. This is my first time at this chain. You order at the cash register and pay. They give you a number and you find your own table and put the plastic thing with your number in front of your place. You have to get your own flatware and napkins. They give you a cup, and you get your drink from the dispenser. It’s one of those drink dispensers with one nozzle and with a touch screen that gives you lots of choices of beverage.
I and my wife had pot stickers grilled chicken with zoodles and basil. Zoodles are noodles made with zucchini instead of pasta. The dishes were delicious, and zoodles have less calories and less carbs than pasta. We each had a large, good tasting cookie for desert. So much for having less calories and carbs.
The place is clean and neat, and our busboy, Thomas, was friendly and efficient. This restaurant is in a strip mall so there’s plenty of free parking nearby.

When I have my nephews we like to go to Noodles & Company for dinner. They like the kids Mac that comes with two sides, of course they choose apple sauce & rice crispy treat. My most recent visit I had the zoodles with chicken in the pesto sauce, it was SO delicious! I’ve never had zoodles before but wanted to try a healthier option than regular noodles. The portion is the perfect size. The chicken was tender and moist, veggies (mushroom and tomato) with cheese in there too along with the delicious green pesto sauce. There was another zoodles flavor option I think a creamy garlic that sounded yummy as well.
This location is always clean and organized. The staff is always beyond friendly and helpful. Coloring book and crayons for kids.
The menu has something for everyone and there are lots of drink options.
