Went to Pour House after leaving a different higher end restaurant because we sat for a while and didn’t get acknowledged. We weren’t sure if the Pour House was open since it looked dark and it was quiet. It was 6 adults looking for a beer and a bite to eat. It wasn’t high end, but it was great, friendly service. Peggy was working alone and took amazing care of us. She informed us right away that something unfortunate happened with her shipment or equipment and all she had was pizza – perfect! She found out we were there for hockey and offered to make a meal for our entire team and their families the next day for lunch. We took her up on that, so she brought in help. The kids loved the meal and the adults stayed almost all day. This was 3 years ago and we still talk about it. Fargo Freeze Loves Peggy and The Pour House.

Our team reserved the whole place while in town for a hockey tournament. The owner and her daughter went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Would definitely do it again!

Peggy was very accommodating for an unexpected large group for dinner. She did a great job of getting everyone what we needed. The burgers, cheese curds & tots were good but we would pass on the chicken fingers & onion rings.

Not sure who was working. Standing behind the bar cussing the f’nheimer about her step mother. I can live with that. Couldn’t come take our order because of she kept having to walk back and nag some more.
We went to the restroom. Well, you can do the same and make a decision if you think the kitchen looks as bad. We left because we weren’t sure if we could live with that.
I can’t remember the last time I saw a restroom that filthy. Not even at a gas station.

We came in because of the sign out on the sidewalk advertising a home-style lunch special and the food tasted great and was a fair price! The server was very personable and attentive to our needs-we couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely go back again for the home cookin’ specials they offer, and for the nice service and atmosphere.

Peggy is always a great hostess greeting you with a smile. Everything on the menu is prepared fresh and served promptly. She offers a 10% discount to seniors on Tuesdays. She offer a daily special. The food is always great!!

Server was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude towards me. Not sure if its because she knows me and my past since i grew up with her daughter. Either way its no reason to treat a paying customer who leaves a decent tip for only getting one drink.
