If you love to slurp noodles, this is the place to go. I tried the coconut curry and it was quite yummy. I added the chicken which was breaded but tasted good. But a party bubble tea!? Wow. The Mango Boba-Rita with popping bubbles was great and a fun find here in Grand Rapids. The staff was really friendly and the cook who might be an owner was very proud of their homemade noodles and recipes.

Noodle pig was way better than I expected. I loved the food that they had and the way that they presented the food was magnificent. The drinks are delicious and the corn dogs were my favorite part of the entire meal. However, the Kara bowl was fantastic.

This place has a great menu! Every dish is described well. I found myself reading through the menu even after we ordered because of all the personal touches. It also has a visual of all the ingredients that come with the ramen, which I found super helpful!

Came for a date night – neither of us had authentic ramen before and that was our goal. Upon arriving we discovered that the menu had much more to offer than was available online. We ordered a ramen bowl as well as the J-Dog and some fried chicken bites. Everything was DELICIOUS! The noodles were incredible. We also enjoyed a bottle of pineapple sake and some boba cocktails. Service was fast and the manager, Katie, made a point to stop by and share more background on the restaurant, ensure we were enjoying our meal, and visited with us for a couple of minutes. It was a great date!

I took my husband here for his birthday, as our friends had highly recommended it. We were not disappointed! Some of the best and most flavorful ramen I have ever had. The jdog is the best amount of crunchy on the outside, and gooey with cheese on the inside. We also had the plum sake, which was delicious. They have such a great variety to choose from, for both food and drinks. Also the customer service was on point! Very friendly and helpful. We’re excited to come back and try more of the menu.

I had the katsu sando, hubby had ramen and we split an order of fries. Everything was delicious, although the stand out was the fries. Clearly not frozen bagged, seasoned to perfection and with a unique dipping sauce. Hubby was a little disappointed with the build your own ramen bowl, as he felt a chef could have made better selections and he would have had a better bowl with less thought/effort, but still a great experience.

I was very impressed with this spot. We were coming into town and I was on the hunt for RAMEN. This was the second listing to pop up. According to their website, their mission is ending child hunger and they say by purchasing a bowl you are feeding three children – one in Michigan, one nationally, and one internationally. That was enough for me to go and give it a shot!

Trying this new place i’m thoroughly impressed with how quick and kind their staff are. I ordered two different types of ramen, the miso ramen and then shoyu. I absolutely love the miso as it’s definitely my go to flavor the shoyu is not my favorite but not bad. if you like soy sauce i’m sure you’re going to love this one. I will say for customers ordering spice the mild is pretty spicy for my range of spice so definitely be considerate of that when ordering! all in all will definitely be coming back:) Also their boba is amazing and definitely worth trying!

The food, which is amazing, is only the beginning. The staff make you feel like you are part of the family. Every bowl ordered helps feed three children as well!

Finally, a true ramen shop has embraced Grand Rapids and my taste buds embraced Noodlepig! The noodles are made fresh in house, no store bought, packaged, or heavily processed “ramen” and to prove it, they have an open kitchen where you can watch your masterpiece created right before your very eyes. Some may find it a little expensive if you are comparing it to that store bought ramen we all lived on in college, but make no mistake about it, the portions are huge and each bowl of ramen goes to support a good cause! We’ll certainly be back.
