Great food and even better service. First time trying Nonna with my family and we all enjoyed it. Complementary bread and veggie tray were delicious and all our pasta was hot, fresh and tasty. Great value for the price. I recommend.

We visited Nonno’s around 4:00 PM. We were greeted by a receptionist who was very pleasant and shown to our table. Once seated, before we ordered they brought out rolls and an antipasto plate. Offered water but we brought our own wine and were given wine glasses. Our order consisted of a shared Caprese salad which was great and for an entrees I had the Sunday Gravy which is braised meatballs, sausage, and beef served with pasta. My wife had Francobolli which is stuffed with ricotta, basil in a Bolognese sauce. Their gravy / sauce was wonderful and had sweeter tones. Their staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I will be back and highly recommend to others.

Absolutely amazing! Like stepping into the past and enjoying a meal from an old world Nanna’s kitchen. Everthing was perfect, all the stops were pull out, and using long hots to spice up the sauce when wanted is a chef’s kiss to the region. It put me on cloud 9!

This restaurant is an absolute gem! The food was very fresh, flavorful and had such a nice antipasti spread to start off the meal. You could tell quality ingredients and care went into each dish.
The menu is naturally accommodating for various dietary restrictions; Gluten Free, Vegan or Vegetarian.
Molto gusto! Grazie mille…

Nonno’s Pasta Bar is everything you want in a neighborhood restaurant—and more.
From the moment you walk in, the hospitality is exceptional. You are treated like family.
That tone starts at the top with Joe, the owner, whose passion for food, people, and community is evident in every detail of the experience. He is welcoming and invested in making sure every guest feels taken care of.
The staff reflects that same standard. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and never rushed, they strike the perfect balance between professional service and warm, authentic interaction. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs and how comfortable you feel throughout the meal.
The food is outstanding—fresh, made to order, and clearly made with care—but what truly sets Nonno’s apart is the atmosphere Joe and his team have created. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to, bring friends to, and support because it represents food and hospitality done right.
Nonno’s Pasta Bar is a gem in Souderton. Joe and his staff have built something special, and it shows every single time you walk through the door.
Highly recommended.

We went the day after their soft opening, so they are VERY new. And we decided to eat in. The food was very good. We had the Rigatoni and the Buccatini. The Rigatoni was recommended, and it was truly awesome! They served bread with pesto for dipping, and I could drink that pesto it was so good! The atmosphere at the moment is very bare. That may change given time. Prices are $15-$25 a dish, but the pasta is abundant! All in all a good local place.

Some of my family loves this place, i myself am frustrated by the inconsistency.
All pasta seems homemade and excellent. It comes down to the actual dish you order. So let me give my view of pros/cons
Cons
I found the sausage in the sunday dinner to be a bit bland and rubbery. The eggplant parm was cooked well but had no flavor, same with the vodka sauce. Chicken parm was a bit overcooked and dry.
Servings seem to get smaller and smaller every time we go.
Pros
All pasta including gnocchi was excellent. All sauces except the vodka sauce were excellent, The bolognese sause was fantastic.

I had high hopes for Nonno Pasta Bar, but unfortunately my experience fell far short of expectations. I ordered the veal parm, and it was extremely overcooked and dry—so much so that some pieces were tough enough that I couldn’t even bite into them. I ended up not finishing my meal.
On the positive side, the pasta was cooked perfectly, but the sauce itself had very little flavor, which made the dish even more disappointing.
Overall, I left feeling let down. I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but “disappointed” is an understatement.

We just went for dinner last night and it was delicious; just as you would expect from this family! It is a more casual dining experience than the former Caruso’s. You order at the counter and they will bring your food out to your table. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back to enjoy another bowl of comfort!

When I first walked in, it smells like homemade pasta, a delicious smell. I ordered the Egg plant parmigiana with cheese and bread on the side with meatballs. it was absolutely delicious no complaints 100%.
