High-end New American restaurant with adventurous tasting menus & wine pairings in hip surrounds.

The food seemed to be carefully curated and tasteful although seemingly random.
Our experience was less than when we noticed the tables next to us had more detailed explanations on the food and how to eat it. They completely forgot to bring a whole bread section out to us entirely which was paid for in the dinner. My husband and I had to ask how to better eat each dish and did not have the manager and staff stop by as much as the seats next to us. Weird how not welcoming the experience was. Not sure why us as patrons were not serviced as well.

A friend told me about this fine dining experience so I had to check it out. It was outstanding! The ambiance, the food, the service – all excellent. My favorite part was getting a view of the kitchen & watching the chefs plate each course. With all 8 courses, they explained the process & ingredients used. I am at times a picky eater so I was nervous but everything was delicious (seriously). This is a perfect date night or celebratory spot, or if you just feel like having a fun, elevated, creative meal.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was so wonderful! We did the prix fixe menu and everything quite literally blew our minds. This was our first time doing a tasting menu, and it was so special! (I didn’t get pictures of everything we ate) What really stood out was how nice everyone was! We sat right by the kitchen, and got to watch how they work. (Which was cool as hell btw) Our waiter and waitresses were so attentive and nice! The chef spoke to us, and that was really cool! It felt like we were amongst friends. They played our song over the restaurant and gave us a happy anniversary card that all the staff signed. 🙂 It was such a wonderful and special time. I would give them way more stars but I’m only allowed to give 5!!

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Oklahoma.
The tasting menu is extraordinary, with each dish bringing new flavor combinations that leave you wanting more.
The perfectly paired drinks (including carefully crafted non-alcoholic options) beautifully complement the tasting experience.
The menu changes every few months, so each visit offers a new and consistently incredible experience.
The staff are extremely knowledgeable and experts in their craft. They explain their creations in detail, present the food beautifully, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
I can’t express enough how much I love this restaurant. It’s the best food I’ve ever had and an experience I’ll never forget. I can’t wait to go back!

Best tasting menu under $100 I’ve ever experienced! A true urban experience with excellent service and a frequently updated menu. Primary dining room is a 20-seat U shaped bar with views of the open kitchen. Wines by the glass or bottle. A true gem!

Nonesuch is truly in a category of its own.
If you’re going, opt for the tasting menu paired with their curated wine and cocktail selections—it’s the best way to experience what they offer. Each course is brought out individually and presented by the chef who created it, which adds a personal and artistic touch. Admittedly, I didn’t always understand the detailed descriptions, but it didn’t matter—every dish was exceptional.
The wine pairings elevated each course even further, enhancing the flavors in surprising and memorable ways. The menu changes daily, with a limited number of items available, but honestly, I don’t think you can make a bad choice here.
Keep in mind: seating is extremely limited (just 20 seats), so reservations are essential. Also, be prepared—this is one of the priciest dining experiences in OKC. But for a unique, immersive culinary journey, it’s absolutely worth it.

One of my first experiences in fine dining, and it was fantastic! Many amazing flavors and ideas to chow down on. Would recommend the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing, very unique and delicious.

Had an amazing experience in the private dining room. Atmosphere, food, and staff made it feel like a high end spa experience (but for your pallet)! The food was not just delicious it was complex and well thought out. The kind of dishes you have to experience slowly and as you go you are able to understand more and more what you are tasting. My personal favorites of the evening were probably the waffle and the yellow gumdrop:)

First thing first I have travel to a few amazing parts of the world in my life. Been to over 10 countries and 4 I lived in for a minimum of a year. I have had fine dining experiences in the past and have always left feel like a place is amazing but over priced. Then there was Nonesuch.
I was very hesitant to spend the kind of money this place is because it is absolutely a pricey dinner for us. I was going in hoping that it was even close to the value. After having said all that I would pay it again again and again. Absolutely astonishing service quality, and dishes of food that will make you question whether you have actually been eating food your whole life.
The dishes themselves were so high quality and made with such care an precision that I still feel like I’m lacking words to describe them. My pictures are mediocre in this because I literally couldn’t stop focusing on the food and the flavors packed into EACH BITE!
No matter the cost if you are in OKC or live in OKC and have the opportunity this is a place that will change the way you feel about food. Thank you again none such and staff for an unforgettable evening.

The atmosphere was nice. Good atmosphere for a date night. The servers and chef were extremely pleasant. I enjoyed the open kitchen. The presentation was spectacular. The flavors seemed quite unusual. Separate they were delicious. But I don’t believe that some of the things should have been paired, and it caused a literal fight on my palate. My favorite was the milk bread and truffle and miso butter. The catfish bisque was my least favorite. The sauce was extremely salty, to the point I couldn’t eat it. And there was supposed to be some sort of peanut underneath, but I could neither taste it or see it. The portion sizes were small, but you had 8 courses and I left satisfied as far as feeling full. But again, the flavors just did not hit the mark when put together. At $300+ for the meal for 2, I can’t say I’ll be back. I’d rather go to an exceptional steak house or seafood place downtown and get some robust flavors that dance on my palate.
