A little chaotic for a small cafe on Saturday morning. Would be better if they had clear pick up station separate from ordering register. Cafe au lait tastes more like espresso latte. Breakfast sandwich was good.

Popped in for breakfast, starving and ready to chow down Ordered an everything bagel with cheddar cheese, eggs, and substituted avocado instead of meat. I also ordered my first Matcha latte, which was a Mint Matcha and it It tasted like the smoothest melted Turkey Hill Chocomint Chip ice cream. Smooth like when you leave the ice cream containter out on the counter a little too long and it becomes like soft serve. But the matcha is warm and mixed with milk. So good! The bagel was phenomenal, all fresh ingredients and tender nutty avocado. But the ‍ of the bagel bread sent me ️The crust was crunchy all around like a toasted protective layer around a soft pillowy dough inside. And the Baker had the nerve to top the toasted bagel with butter

Nomad Cafe is a small local shop with delicious sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee! I’ve had their chicken and pork bahn mi and each component of the sandwich was perfect, especially the bread. The displayed baked goods always entice me to add one onto my order and they pair perfectly with a cup of their coffee.

Great spot for a quick breakfast, the lox sandwich was packed with veggies and the sausage breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty.

I love Nomad! Great bahn mi and other lunch and breakfast sandwiches. Good coffee. Outdoor seating. And the people are super sweet and welcoming. We’re so lucky to have Nomad in the neighborhood.

Hands down, the best bánh mì in the area. We used to live closeby 5 years ago and moved to deep east Oakland. We have tried so many bánh mì places trying to find something closer. NOTHING compares to these. Not even close. Recently found out the guy who lived downstairs from us that moved to Richmond also drives all the way here for their bánh mì’s when we ran into each other getting our bánh mì fix.

Nomad Cafe is a neighborhood staple. The owners and staff are always friendly and they learn your name quickly if you visit regularly. We’ve been patrons of nomad for ~5 years and we eat their banh mi sandwiches at least once a week. Thus, they’ve also memorized our order.

Best Tofu banh mi in the East Bay! And found a secret menu item that’s my new breakfast go to! EGG BANH MI! The veggies are fresh, the bread is so soft and crunchy at the same time, and the scrambled egg was perfectly cooked.
