Wow! This is the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life! The service was amazing, he was very down to earth and quick with jokes too. The atmosphere was perfect the staff would chant these sayings in Japanese, I wish I could understand what they were saying but it definitely had that celebration type of vibes.
Ok back to the sushi and food. I’ll be the first to admit.I’m not the biggest fan and my friends know it too. They ordered everything on the menu pretty much. I’ve never eaten tuna that was so soft and it was actually very tasty. One of the appetizers was tuna and a little piece of jalapeno pepper on it. It was delicious and the pepper gave it that nice blend. Definitely something new and very yummy. I ate whole peppers too which I don’t eat either. Those were really good so that’s a new thing I’m gonna start eating.
Thank you for a great experience!

I recently dined at Nobu at the Virgin Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As a vegetarian, I am often used to limited options at high-end sushi spots, but Nobu truly delivers a sophisticated menu for plant-based diners.
The mushroom dishes were easily the highlight of the meal—incredibly flavorful, earthy, and perfectly seasoned. If you are a mushroom lover, do not skip these! I also had an amazing hand roll; the nori was perfectly crisp, and the ingredients were exceptionally fresh. It’s clear they put as much thought into their vegetarian rolls as they do their signature seafood.
Beyond the food, the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making the evening feel special without being stuffy. If you’re looking for world-class Japanese cuisine with plenty of vegetarian depth in Las Vegas, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

This was my first time going to Nobu in Vegas. The vibe is different from other locations but also the same lol. We were a big group since it was a bachelorette party but our server was wonderful!! We all really enjoyed everything and they were very detailed about the foods my sister-in-law couldn’t eat due to her allergy. We passed around multiple small plates and all get different hot plate entrées. Everything was soooo good!! Nobu is always a must!!

This was my second visit to this location in less that a year, and I have sent friends in the time between. I was fortunate to be able to come with one of my favorite dining partners, and she agrees with this evaluation of our experience. There is one word: Omakase. We sat that the sushi bar, and let the Omakase experience begin. And they did not disappoint. The same chefs were there as back in October of 2024 (always a good sign) and they asked for any requests. My daughter asked for a scallop something…and a scallop something we did get and it was a perfect bite. The vegetable Handroll (which can usually be bland and boring) was full of flavor with the sesame miso and texture with the variety of veggies, and simply a great way to begin our meal. Plate after plate followed with precision in both timing and execution. We were treated to a salmon belly flight, Toro with jalapeno, a second scallop with with cilantro, a beautiful Ishiyaki Japanese Waygu, Seabass with Dried Miso, refreshing Lychee palate cleanser, and several other exceptional plates and sashimi that we didn’t get written down…because it is about the food and the experience. The banana creme brulee was a standout. Not the typical creme brulee experience, the purple / gray presentation made me skeptical. But, after the first bite, I knew this could be something I could eat every day. To say we like the food and the experience here is an understatement. We will be back soon.
This is the best location in Las Vegas. The Chefs are amazing and the staff (at the sushi bar) are exceptional.

Honestly guys – from a foodie myself, Nobu is only popular because of the people that go. The price is not worth the food quality. I’ve had way better for the same price or less. This was disappointing tbh. The mini wagyu tacos were the best part but the price for 2 micro tacos is HILARIOUS

We had the most incredible dining experience at Nobu inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! From the moment we walked in, the service was gracious and welcoming, and every single dish was a masterpiece—from the fresh seafood to the perfectly prepared meats and the stunning dessert presentation.
My family couldn’t stop raving about the flavors, the textures, and the attention to detail. Every bite felt like a celebration. The plating was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the ambiance was elegant yet relaxed.

the food is fresh but too pricey for the quantity. We ordered regular amounts of food costed 350 around, not fully full.
I feel it is too dark, can’t see the food too clear.
Anyway won’t come again.

Nobu has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and we were excited to finally check out the Virgin Resort location. Unfortunately, it didn’t deliver the signature “Nobu” vibe we’ve come to expect. The ambiance felt flat, and the food missed the mark.
We started with the Thai sashimi with fried garlic, Uni, and tempura. The Uni lacked the freshness and quality of what we’ve had at Nobu Caesar’s, and the tempura sauce was surprisingly bland. The one standout was the miso-glazed black cod — perfectly cooked and flavorful.
If you’re deciding between locations, I’d strongly recommend Nobu at Caesar’s over Virgin. The experience there is consistently elevated and true to the brand.

Absolutely excellent food and service!!! Our server, Jeffrey was very knowledgeable, pleasant and ensured that we had a great experience. The chef special nigiri’s were super amazing especially the “Cho-turo” just melted in your mouth. My colleague ordered the Beef Tenderloin prepared in Toban Yaki style and he found it one of the best that he has ever had. The dessert “White Chocolate Pot de Creme” with cured cherry blossom and green tea sponge cake was the absolute best… every bite was an experience… loved it!!! Highly recommend visiting when in Vegas.

Mason was so great, respected that my wife had an allergy towards gluten and they made sure she didn’t get cross contamination. Definitely will be back again because of the service and food. Everything was so good
