They had a screw up with no driver and had the order for 1 1/2 and did not call.It was not the store fault driver late. Manager was suppose to call. When we called them the manager taking over shift wanted to fix it. But I was too mad about it. Would have not minded if called. Would have canceled and ordered some other day. The food is good mosr of the time. But service is off.

It’s great pizza at a decent price, I would highly recommend using the app has really great deals I go there at least two times a week I don’t have it where I live because I work out of town but I always go out my way after work to grab a pizza, never had an issue from any staff always welcoming and accommodating 10/10 ❤️

Absolutely horrible! No one wearing gloves while preparing food/ slicing onions etc. Zero hand washing performed. One of the employees stopped midway while making a pizza, took out his cell phone, used it and then continued making the pizza. Another employee preparing the dough, wiped the sweat from his forehead with his forearm, then had the pizza dough all over the same forearm! I had already placed and paid for an order that was $50. I walked out, money lost but lesson learned!

So disappointed in the Rocky Top Store and the manager Chad. We ordered on line for my Granddaughters 4th Birthday over a week in advance. But on the day of the party was told the order had been completed the day before and that it would not be re-made. Thanks to the manager Angel at the Lafollette store she saved the day!! Don’t bother wasting your time ordering delivery from this location because they frequently cancel online delivery orders right after you place them because they say there are no drivers available but they process your payment information anyway and you have to wait for them to refund your payment which can take several days. Online delivery ordering should be disabled if it’s not available instead of them taking your money for nothing and not refunding it immediately. When I called the store to speak with someone, the worker was rude and offered no apology and this has happened repeatedly.
