We have been ordering from this place since 2011. Mostly because it’s the one of few restaurants that deliver to our area. In last year it had been very inconsistent with bad service and food. We tried again today and I feel they have done a 180. Really good food, fresh and hot at delivery and good prices. I hope they stay this good!

I usually order from them about once a week or so because I absolutely love Chinese food, however, after last nights experience I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NO. 1 CHINA AGAIN!!! First, the young man that answers the phone hung up on me as I was giving him my card number and when I called back he rudely had an attitude with me when I asked for extra sauce and again, I was hung up on. Being upset as to how I was handled, I was not going to tip but being a former server, I know that the delivery person greatly depends on the tip so I wasn’t going to hold my tip back from him. When my order came, I signed the receipt because I had paid by debit card and left a tip, one in which I thought was decent for the amount of my actual order, however, when I woke up this morning and checked my bank account, I realized that the delivery driver altered the tip amount, giving himself an extra $5!!! I waited until they opened and gave them a call asking to speak to a manager in regards to the issue with my tip that had been forged and was told that the manager would not be in until about 4 or 5pm. I waited until about 6pm actually to give them a call back and when I was on hold for about 15 minutes, a woman got on the phone. I tried explaining the situation to her and in the midst of me telling her what had transpired, she hung up on me as well… I am beyond livid with this place because I work hard for my money just like everyone else on top of being 8 1/2 months pregnant and feel that no one should be taken advantage of when it comes to using their debit/credit card and I was definitely taken advantage of without any concern. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and will not ever order from this place again! I wrote this post in hopes that no one else is ever taken advantage of like I was and its sad because I actually like eating from there… Sorry so long but I had to let it be known!!!

The food is not that bad. We are always taken well care of. Most of the time we are told orders will be delivered in 45 mins but we get it in about 20. The child that does answer the phone has to be trained because he can be rude. The delivery guy and his wife are very nice and so is the lady that is mostly at the register.

The food is always great. The kid at the counter is ok but not great. BUT sometimes the packaging is horrible. Even keeping everything level the sauce leaks out the bottom of the paper boxes. I travel a lot and many Chinese food places use the same plastic containers they use for soup for the other foods as well. A large amount of the sauce being soaked into the paper bag instead of being in my food is a real bummer. Fix this and this place would be a 4-5.

Do not do business with this restaurant. Only reason I did was because they delivered but food is bad and customer service is horrible. Called multiple times to order today and was put on hold several times and hung up on. Yet if I called from a different number they would take the order. Never been rude and tip well not sure what their issue is

No flavor to my chicken at all. Forgot items on call in order, when I called she told me she put in bags. I explained maybe driver forgot the bag but I was missing 24 cream cheese won tons she again said she sent order I explained it was impossible because I didn’t have them..it is impossible to win an agurment with broken English. Also the sweet n sour chicken came without the sweet sauce. I will order stoners pizza joint spend the same taste better & the people speak with kindness.

I ordered some house lo main noodles from here and when I received them, the packaging busted open and the noodles covered the bottom of the bag. After calling they agreed to replace them, but the new container of noodles I received smelled very STRONGLY of chemicals, almost pure ammonia.

I GAVE 5 stars not for this place but to everyone who gave a review!!!! (Claps hands) I just dodged a bullet with this one!!! Why I say that is because I just looked the other day at the reviews and they had no where near that many positive reviews. Damn near every review was a DO NOT GO THERE review. And to see how they turned into a 3.3 with that many 5 stars in a day is mind boggling!!!! Not to say that it couldn’t happen buuuuuuuttttt there one thing… a few negative reviews have disappeared. But never the less I want to thank everyone for taking one for the team lol :)- and helping me and sooooooo many others to be able to sit this one out and not be bothered!!!!! Great job posters!

My family has been ordering from here for the last year. The food is always good and for my favourite dishes they are the best in the Hinesville area. I prefer Orange Chicken, Sesame chicken, General Tso, Chicken Lo Mein. Their egg/shrimp rolls are great as well.

I always wondered why this place was always busy. The beef and broccoli is delicious. Definitely try it. However the beef and chicken teriyaki are probably the worst I’ve ever eaten. They were dry and rock hard and I honestly couldn’t bite through the chicken it was so tough. It’s like they make them hours before hand then microwave them. They also had no flavor and no teriyaki sauce or flavor. Just dried, burned, and hard flavorless chicken and beef on a stick.
