Service was great, but the food was lacking. Make reservations via Opentable. The service here is gracious and kind. The heated popovers with strawberry butter is delicious as always. The salmon with asparagus tasted reheated as if it was cooked the previous day or two. It was a $40 plate of reheated food. Not great or a luxurious feeling to associate with NM. Space is rather compact. But perhaps I got spoiled by previous visits to the San Francisco NM Cafe, which is near perfect.

A little comfortable spot to rest when you felt to sit down after a heavy shopping. Yeah! Not me! One of my girlfriends always do that. I just tagged along with her this time. The cup of soup was very delicious. The shrimp and crab meat salad was good. The service was excellent. Want to tag along next time.

Had late lunch at cafe this afternoon. Even though they were closing soon service was exceptional as usual. Wait service always makes you feel welcome and never rushed. Food selections were unique and so delicious. The espresso martini by far was the best ever.

I would say the food doesn’t meet the expectations of a high end store. Lacks seasonings and the price is out of line with what is served. Do not recommend. Salmon tacos were a disappointment only 2 pieces for $27 and definitely lacked flavor

Went early to grab a latte and it was terrible, not sure how they got it wrong but it was just like drinking warm frothy milk with barely any espresso flavor at all, ordered their ‘famous’ choco chip cookie as well and it was terrible, so either it was old or just tastes bad. Not what I was expecting from this place.. kinda ruined my morning but thankfully flat white latte in the mall made up for their declines..

It’s very important to represent and establishment to the best of your ability because word of mouth is strong.
The customer service from the women working here is DIRT POOR.
One of them dropped my bag on the bar and didn’t want to hand it to me.
Another kept rolling her eyes when taking my order to go.
Mind you I work in the mall so WE ALL work in customer service.
This needs to be a fixed constant issue immediately! I applaud Jennifer Hayes only.

Most mall food court food is better than this. Extremely overpriced for the quality. The service and presentation are nice, but don’t make up for the basic food. The soup was reminiscent of the soup served complimentary in the United lounge.
