If I were able to give separate reviews on different people, I would. Marie was absolutely so amazing and kind. She took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. I’m not sure the name of the older woman that was there, but she was very nasty to us when we said we had wanted to dine in. Thankfully, Marie was kind and helped us out. Marie, absolutely a 5 star experience of service from you, thank you.

DISAPPOINTING!!!! The pizza looked as though it was thrown together, and was missing half the toppings. It was not cooked thoroughly, and seems as though they were trying to get everything done as fast as possible without a care…. the Italian sandwich was good, but the pizza and service were not up to par. I would recommend you go elsewhere. It was extremely expensive for cheap quality.

Came in for the first time and it was 40 minutes to close (8:20pm). An employee asked us if we’re picking up and we replied that we would wanted to place a to go order. She rudely replied “Are you serious? It’s 9pm” and started unstacking the chairs she stacked on the table. We left without ordering because of how rude she was.

I didn’t even stay to eat. As soon as I pulled up and barely put my foot on the ground the older lady jerked the window open and was straight rude. We come to Hatteras very often we have never had the chance to eat here and always wanted to. After this experience we have never ate and now never will because the unprofessional attitude, I totally understand short on help but to be nasty about it is wrong. I see many complaints about this lady she is going to be the cause this place loses alot of business good luck! It is very rare for me to leave a bad review as I believe good should be applauded but I’m not sure I have ever been greeted with such a rude and unwelcoming attitude as this.

The staff, the service and the food are Awesome! This was our go to place for lunch or dinner. Their burgers are moist and the best we have had ever! But you can’t go wrong with any of their pasta, sub, salad or sandwiches at this place! First time here and forever a place for us to eat when we come down to OBX!!!

Did not stay to eat because they weren’t letting people dine in and the lady there was nasty when I tried to dine in. I understand if your short on help but to be mean to an almost customer was very unacceptable. So if you wrote a great review for these people being nice, just to give you a heads up, it’s has taken a change for the worst. So I highly recommend you don’t go there. We went there a couple of years ago and we went a lot. The people were very nice but how disappointing to be mean to for nothing.

Our lovely Air BnB hosts gave us a complimentary gift certificate to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the front staff was incredibly rude. The old Italian lady said she was too busy to find the gift certificate. Needless to say, we walked out.

We’re visiting the banks now. Walked in very welcoming, Maria is such a sweet heart, and has the island beauty lol. Very sweet and helpful, super kind, always seems to be smiling, and not letting multiple tables overwhelm her.

Nino’s pizzas are the best on the whole island. I have been getting pizzas there since the early 80’s. You can’t go wrong with Nino’s. The boys are doing well with this business. I will always remember Papa Nino he was a kind and sweet man.Everyone is so friendly. Nino’s pizza gets a 5 . You won’t go wrong by stopping in and get a real Italian pizza.
