In short, I’m underwhelmed and confused.

I was immediately confused that there’s no miso on the menu. I’ve never been to a Japanese restaurant that doesn’t have miso. Super weird.

Ordered a green tea and it was great value brand. Big potential sign of corners being cut here and that quality isn’t priority. And charging $2 for it is kind of insulting.

Sushi (superman roll) was underwhelming- Lacked boldness and the sauce carried most of the weight. The crab and salmon tasted watery and not fresh.

The other dishes might be good, but I can say with full confidence the sushi is not the move.

Listen I don’t often make reviews or any for that matter that being said my partner and I went here for dinner it was already off to a bad start when my partner and I got greeted by a man in flip flops as we got sat out table was sticky the place was not that well lit and just looked very unkept. As we ordered our drinks and looked through our menu the food prices were either glued on or taped on in my partners menu and it was just all over the place, as I went to order I noticed there was no miso soup something easy and what’s always on a sushi menu was no where to be seen instead we got onion soup which looked like someone got a instant soup pack and brought that out to us. As we sat and chatted we noticed the condiments on the table where crusted on the tips of the soy sauce and hot sauce which was not appealing to use, we eventually got our food my partner got a fried riced dish with mixed vegetables and many meats and unfortunately his rice was dry did not taste like fried rice his food had no seasoning and was burnt from hell, my dish was a bento box with fried shrimp and such and none of my food had seasoning except the small bit of soy sauce that was givin to me as a side my white rice was awful it was dry and tasted like old rice. Our sushi was cooked sushi such as army sushi and another which I cannot recall at this moment that being said as we ate I noticed a group behind my partner left after paying and I saw our sever pull down her mask and quickly shovel a piece of sushi into her mouth which made me lose my appetite not to mention my bento box I had was broken and had pieces of it glued back together, my overall review is if you hate someone tell them to eat here if you don’t there’s a better place else where so in conclusion burnt food, under seasoned food, dry food, inappropriate staff, bad service and a unkept environment I’d say cut your loses and do yourself a favor and not come here respectfully.

We went to this Restaurant November 23. We ate the service was ok. For 4 people it was 84 dollars and some cents. We left a 2 dollar tip. And we paid with the Debit Card. And my husband did not ask for a receipt so they still added a 17 dollar tip without our knowledge. The tip suggestion was on the our Ticket but it did not say Obligated Tip. So I’m wondering why they took a 17 dollar tip out of my husbands Debit card without his permission. Keep an eye out Every One they Will Take a 17 dollar tip out of Your Debit Card or Credit Card! I will call them and Let Them know As Well! Not Satisfied. They also Do Not Cook In Front of Anyone Anymore they told Us Cuz We Asked the Waiter.

Straight off the bat the front desk lady was so kind sat us down took our order. Wait time was like five minutes. The food was so delicious. Our drinks were taken right away. as we left the door, we also received. Fortune cookies, and made our whole experience. Their great would definitely recommend and come again.

Ninja Sushi was once a standout dining destination, known for its excellent service, inviting atmosphere, and fresh sushi. Unfortunately, I’ve had to downgrade my previous five-star rating due to significant concerns regarding cleanliness, food quality, and overall experience.

Cleanliness:
The restaurant’s condition has noticeably deteriorated. The carpet at the entrance is visibly dirty, paint is peeling from the walls, and there are dust accumulations throughout the space, including on the overhead lights. The menus are worn and unclean, and the restroom fails to meet basic sanitation standards, resembling a poorly maintained convenience store facility.

Food Quality:
The quality and consistency of the sushi have also declined over time. Rolls have noticeably decreased in size with each visit, and the flavor and presentation have suffered.
• Rock Roll ($12.99): This roll, once a favorite, has been disappointing on multiple occasions. Despite being described as containing tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, crab, soy paper, eel sauce, and spicy mayo, it primarily consists of shredded crab and minimal avocado, with very little tuna. The rolls are now approximately 1 inch in diameter, making them far less satisfying.
• Vegas Roll ($9.99): This roll was equally underwhelming. It was flat, overly breaded, and lacked the richness of smoked salmon. The salmon was excessively fishy, suggesting poor quality or improper preparation.

Conclusion:
Given the current state of the restaurant, I can no longer recommend Ninja Sushi. While it was once a reliable option for great sushi and service, the decline in cleanliness, food quality, and overall attention to detail makes it difficult to justify returning at this time.

Went in today with my husband we were sat quickly but our server (a boy ) did not come to us a quickly as the other servers do when we come here. He was rude asking what we wanted to drink and taking our order, almost as if he was in a rush to get us out . We got no refills and were barley checked up on. The cashier checking us out was really nice and respectful.

First time trying a sushi place in my old hometown. Was amazing, people great in many ways, the only thing that wasn’t the best was the sake personally… first time trying and tasted a lot like a medicine I didn’t like growing up. And somewhat fishy which made it decent. Recommended me my favorite drinks afterwards so one less star for that. Other than that was a perfectly good experience.

You don’t expect to find delicious sushi in the middle of the great plains, so Ninja Sushi is a wonderful surprise! The sushi rolls, soup, and bento lunches were all super tasty. Ninja sushi is a welcome treat!

My FAVORITE place to eat in Garden. It is way better than Osakas in terms of flavor, pricing and there’s more menu options. Service can sometimes be inconsistent, just depends when you come. I’ve noticed they’ve been upgrading their online takeout service which is nice!
