I recently visited Little Caesars and was disappointed with the quality of my order. The Crazy Bread was severely undercooked, and the Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza was overcooked with burnt crust and excessive burnt crumbs. I contacted the manager, Kenmora, to report the issue and requested a refund. However, I was asked to return the entire order to the store for a refund or remake, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service. It would be more reasonable for Little Caesars to implement quality control measures to ensure orders are accurate and meet customer expectations. Offering incentives for customers who receive defective products could also help mitigate issues. I’m concerned that the expectation to return subpar food may be an unfair burden on customers and doesn’t address the root cause of the problem.
I would appreciate it if Little Caesars could review their quality control processes and consider implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Customers pay for a product and service, and it’s reasonable to expect a certain level of quality.

the manager Tonia is a mean nasty human i came in to grab a basic pepperoni pizza and she had to worst attitude towards me. so did everyone else in that restaurant, another manger named Kyle. my breadsticks were raw I waited 50+mins for a basic hot and ready and even though my food was inedible she would not give me a refund. disgusting

On 3/20/24 is last badly cook order from a chubby short white woman with glasses. Every time I order through the app. and she working, my order came out badly and she always hand me the order an attitude. When she not working, my order come out fine. I don’t know this woman and I don’t know what problem she have with me. The only reason that I can think of is that I’m Asian. I called there customer number twice, but couldn’t get hold of anyone. I then went to their website and file a complaint, but got no response. I then went to bbb website and file a complaint. I then got a phone call, but it show a spam number. Most people wouldn’t answer it, but I like to mess around with spam caller. To my surprise, it was the owner of this location. She make all kinds of excuses why this can’t happen. She told me to give her a call if I got another question. I call back and the number doesn’t exist. This is how they treat their customers. They don’t care,because of their low price and bad reviews will affect them. Asian people need to be aware and do not order from this location and pay a little more for more professional place. Look at the pictures and tell me what employees would give it out, unless it on purpose.

Great price for any type of pizza, can’t top it. The only only thing is they do not cut their pizza slices deep enough. I go in with scissors and cut a clean slice out.

I placed a phone order for 2 pizzas stuff crust ,They said 25 minutes at 3 pm 1/25 got there at 3:40 made me wait 20 min in line for not having my order and still wanted me to wait to make me a new order all those people working lol ridiculous the manager loosing money they cant handle a simple order they smoking obviously not doing their job

4.19.22 @7:45pm – I ordered pepperoni pizza on the app Thursday. It was ready very fast and was extremely delicious in that it had perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni. However, the floor of the store was dirty with actual trash on it.

Placed order. Was told to wait 20 min. People came placed orders, got there items left. Even a person that works their placed a order waited 15 mins got her food. One guy ordered a plain pepperoni pizza waited the like 20 minutes. Mind you im still waiting. Got my order aftet like 45-50 minutes. I get home to a pizza that looks like it was cut by 2 year old. Lol. Sorry guys last time i go to Little Ceasars Pizza.

Hard to say much good things as the main things like cheese and pepperoni pizza are good but anything else is lazily made. Friend ordered a hawaain and it came with like 3 slices with no pineapple and the rest with barely any. We had to split them evenly when we got it. Then I ordered a supreme today and all the toppings besides the pepperoni was collected within the center. I checked the other pepperoni and it was just normal. I would not suggest ordering from here if you get a supreme. Go to walmart and buy one for 7$. The pepperoni pizza is 5$ at walmart too. You’d have to bake it but it beats the terrible quality from this place.
