West Bend does sometimes surprise me. This amazing Japanese restaurant seems out of place. Went here for lunch. Got a number of maki rolls, also had a Bento Box, and then we also got some hibachi steak. Everything was done perfectly. Really want to come back for dinner for the full habachi experience.

Always a favorite! The grownups get to enjoy some of the best sushi around and the kiddo always asks for the little ninja steak hibachi. Enjoyed the hibachi table recently too and we made the BEST family memories there.

I have never had a bad experience nor have I ever been disappointed at this place. The service is always amazing and the sushi is fresh and delicious. Good lunch special prices makes ordering a lot of sushi affordable, so that’s when I take the kids!

Our waitress was AWESOME, very helpful, the sushi chefs did a great job, my husband said his hand roll was very good. Who knew Wisconsin had such good sushi? We will be back next time we visit! Even the tea was spot on.

I love this place as a resturaunt but had a terrible experience with an employee this evening. I was not able to make it to the reservation on time and was about 10 minutes late. When I arrived I asked everyone to order before me and when it came time for me to order our waitress told me “ma’am you need to hurry up, the chef has been waiting on you”. I was 10 minutes late. Due to having 6 people in our party when the bill came around there was already an 18% gratuity placed on the bill. The waitress was rude to our table the rest of the evening. That being said the Hibacchi chef who cooked for us was playful and pleasant, joking around with the children at the table and was respectful to the adults. The food was amazing as usual, I particularly enjoyed the Ninja take on jalapeno poppers. I will be coming back, but not to this location anytime soon. I have recieved far better services at Menomonee Falls.
