The food was delicious! The cooks are all Thai so the food is authentic. I felt like I was back in Thailand while eating at Nings, it was wonderful.

Ning’s is the BEST Thai food I found while visiting the Big Island, Hawaii! They offer many vegan options.

Literally EVERYthing here is delicious. On my second trip to the big island it was the FIRST place I had to eat. During our trip we repeatedly made the 20 minute drive to eat here. If you like Thai food you’ll love this. I will say that all dishes seemed to be a bit sweet however I personally love it.

We ordered the Green Thai curry (had to order side of rice separately) and the noodles. The shrimps and scallops in the dish were really fresh. We ordered the dish a bit spicy and it was surprisingly more spicier than we thought(so make sure you check the spice level). Service was quick and good. They do have mask necessary inside the restaurant.

Not usually into Thai food but family wanted to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty the food dishes were. Be careful with the spice ratings. I ordered mild and it was too mild. Grandson ordered medium plus , broke into sweat and had a tough time finishing his meal. Don’t let the Pahoa location dissuade you. It’s worth it.

So delicious & a very cute atmosphere! The staff are SO nice too & provide great service! The curries are all vegan-friendly (& tasty!) & you can get a Thai tea with coconut milk! My boyfriend loved the fried fish plate. We will definitely be coming back next time on island. I recommend the green curry & the eggplant dish with tofu!

This place was had a beautifully peaceful vibe and the food is FULL of flavor! We got the coconut shrimp app and it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious then crab fried rice that was so yummy. I ordered the Mee Ka Ti noodles with shrimp with mild spice which no spice was detected but it was amazing! My hubs got the Massaman Curry with chicken and the mild spice was perfect not hot with a side of jasmine rice.

This place was amazing! We spontaneously ate here while visiting the Big Island. My husband doesn’t like Thai food, but it’s the only place that we found that was open in the area when we were here, so we ate here anyway. And he ended up LOVING it! The chicken pineapple curry I got was addictive and I literally could have eaten it all day. Service was great too. I wish this place was near our house so we could eat here all the time!
