We are visiting Asheville from out of town, and chose Early Girl to try for breakfast because the menu sounded so good. Now I can say, not only is the menu incredible (including outstanding and delicious gluten free options), the service was stellar. Brooklynn was our server, and she went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. She and the server who seated us were both so welcoming and friendly, and Brooklynn answered my questions graciously and gave fabulous recommendations. The food was picture perfect and exceptionally delicious, and even the locally made tea was top notch. We wanted to try so many things on the menu, we decided we would have to come back again before returning home! Everything is so fresh and tasty, it feels like having high end cuisine in the comfort of a cozy, welcoming café. I could not recommend Early Girl enough!

The food here is delicious!! The best breakfast we’ve had in a very long time. The staff was friendly and the speed of service was great. We didn’t have to wait long at all for the food to come out. We ordered a meal each and a sweet plate to share…my boyfriend got the pulled pork omelet which was amazing!! The pork alone was so good i wanted to take some home with me!! I ordered the biscuits and gravy and as simple as that sounds it was still out of this world delicious!! We shared a banana pudding biscuit French and again it was amazing, not too sweet and was the perfect breakfast dessert for us! Oh and the Carmel coffee?! I didn’t even have to add cream or sugar to it and I usually do no matter what but not here!! We definitely will be back!!

Stepping into Early Girl Eatery was a great decision! I ordered the Southwest Omelet and was so impressed. The eggs were incredibly fluffy and savory, with just a hint of pleasant spice. The side of fries was a standout—perfectly well-seasoned and, thankfully, not salty at all. To top it off, the rum punch was a perfect blend. Combine all that with the flawless service, and you’ve got a fantastic experience. We will absolutely be revisiting soon!

I ordered the champagne flight which had generous pours…5 ozs each. My husband and I split our bowl which was home fries, smoked pork, and eggs over easy. The eggs were perfectly done and the pork was flavorful. They were pretty busy, but still attentive. Natalie was our server and she was nice.

Before I start anything in this review, I think I should tell you I don’t eat breakfast, and normally wouldn’t eat at any breakfast place. We went with friends. That being said, Early Girl Eatery was much better than I expected. I got pork and eggs with potatoes, and my wife loves goat cheese, and got a goat cheese omelet which she enjoyed. Our friends got whatever the other two pictures are. I imagine breakfast lovers would really like this place. I enjoyed it.

I love this place! Nice service, great ambiance, and they have vegan options! I would give them five stars if they were all vegan. There’s no reason why they can’t be.
And they have the best coffee in town that I can find anyways so far. Better than green sage, dripolator, etc. but I do love green sage also for their vegan options. For some reason their coffee is just blah. And it’s so weird that dripolator is blah. You got to get it fresh though! For some reason their coffee wasn’t fresh the other day when I went and hadn’t been in a while. And I had this horrible aftertaste. When they made a fresh pot it was perfection. I went out of the way again today just to get a couple of cups of coffee. 🙂

I just love this Early Girl location. It’s so quaint and calm inside, the vibes are very chill and relaxing. The white brick facade inside makes it feel like it could be downtown, but we are actually south of town by the parkway. You can tell that all the food is scratch made, with the highest quality ingredients. We come here 1-2 times a month for Sunday brunch and it’s a joy every time

This is a werid one. Its not bad but its not the best. The waffle was really good. But nothing amazing. The veggie bowl was just okay. But the avocado was grey. I had to remove it and ill add a picture so you can see why. I won’t go back here. But ill try the one in downtown asheville.

Sweet potatoes with apples and bacon were incredible. Their fresh fruit was good too. If you like Paloma’s, try their Paloma-Mosa. It was delicious.

Delicious food, unique options like french toast biscuits and chicken… Homemade jelly that was to die for… fluffy homemade biscuits.. There was no wait for this restaurant unlike the other biscuit place… And an amazing place to stop. Friendly comfortable atmosphere.
