Ordered med on Sunday night from a very nice person, gave me a good deal because I didn’t want 2 large pizzas deal. Called Tues night… Manager (I assume) answered… Sounded like it was a real pain in the butt to have to take my order. I gave him my phone number, and asked if I could get the same “deal”… He was not happy about this and said that the employee will be “written up”! I told him that I didn’t want anybody getting in trouble, to which he replied… Too late, and that the employee was stealing… I said…. Too late… I’ll go somewhere else… He was more than happy with that!… To the woman that I got in trouble… I apologize… To the manager?… May one thousand fleas off a camel infest your armpits…. I will not be back!

Eugene took my delivery order over the phone and was very kind and respectful. It was my first time calling this restaurant and he helped me with the menu and in identifying the best pizza for my taste. He also cooked the pizza himself and I ate the entire large meat pizza all by myself. The awesome and kind Christina delivered it in only 26 minutes and after I ate the pizza I let the store know it was the BEST pizza I had eaten in at least 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m going to eat here often!

Last time I ordered for pick up they forgot a whole Medium sized pizza and my sister had to go back. Waiting for my delivery now but its been “on its way” for almost an hour. Someone called to notify me that my pizza originally went out with another order and now they are experiencing car problems. I could have drove to a different papa John’s at this point. Not necessarily annoyed with employees but very frustrated with lack of customer service from management after these issues.

Ordered some pizzas online, 45 mins later….. an employee calls to tell us that they do not deliver to our area this late in the day. I ordered at 7:12 i didn’t know that was so late but if you dont deliver to here thats fine, the problem i have is you call be 45 mins later to tell me that. A pizza takes 8-12 mins to cook. That means you had more than ample time to see the order, cook the pizza and then decide to let me know that you wont deliver it. And to top it all off the employee says ” my manager made me call because he didn’t want to make the call”. Managers are they to deal with these issue not pawn them off on the employees. Needless to say i asked for my money back and drove twice the distance to Little Ceasers who were more than happy to take my money!! Never Going BACK!!!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Claimed it was flooded and raining so bad, yet I just drove home and it was fine out. Also claimed it took 30 mins to make a pizza. I’ve worked at pizza stores and at most it takes 7-10 mins. Go elsewhere and steer clear of this Papa John’s. Rude and unprofessional!

Hello, this is jose and I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and I was given two cheese pizzas. When I tried calling no one was answering and ignoring me and I was constantly being put on hold and talking to different people. One of there employees said they can give us a refund or two free pizzas and when we called back to order them the manager answered and said they didn’t do that and said they fired the employee who said that and constantly yelled over the phone.

Service gets a five! Employee grabbed my five pizzas and went straight to the door to put the pizzas in my car without being asked. The actual pizzas get a three but they were better than the other chains that offer economy pizzas.

This place was horrible! I made an order for delivery… they said they’d be in an hour. I waited and hour and a half and decided to call and ask what was taking so long. They said the driver “called” and someone picked up and started laughing and hung up. So they decided not to come because they thought it was a prank call…. NOBODY called me. And when I told them that they said the address I gave them doesn’t exist. LIKE WHAT?! Don’t they look up the address before confirming the order? Horrible costumer service. The lady was rude and so was the man talking to me. I DO NOT recommend ordering from here.

Made an order on a Saturday, when it says the store is open until 1 am. Call to ask about a sauce on the order, only to be told that the store infact is not open, as well as my order has been cancelled because they want to close early. Even as someone in the industry, this is laziness at it’s finest and I won’t be ordering again.
