Always a grand experience at Nineteen19 in the Gap. Their food, service, staff, and atmosphere are Michelin worthy! Every dish is crafted for pleasure. Visually stunning and exceptionally tasty. Handcrafted cocktails completed our journey into being treated like VIP. Hannah, our bartender, was amazing! She educated us, guided us, and then WOW’ed us with her creations! Her White Cranberry Cosmo with Rosemary and her Chocolate Expresso Martini were works of liquid art. She was attentive, pleasant, and passionate about her work. We enjoyed our afternoon with her. She really represented Nineteen19 and herself well. Ask for Hannah!!! Start off with the Street Corn Croquettes with garlic aioli. You won’t be disappointed. A hidden gem in Cumberland Gap and well worth the drive. The best Hawaiian Bread Pudding you’ll ever eat. 5 Star dining in a beautiful mountain town. Worth it!!!

Always love going here. The sushi is great, steaks spot on, and anything else just good. Staff helpful and great atmosphere. Absolutely worth trying if you haven’t.

Hidden gem!! Food and service were great. Neat little town to find off the beaten track. Definitely go. Don’t hesitate! We had a couple of glasses of wine, the meatloaf, salad with shrimp and the spicy edamame. Everything was very good and well priced. Thank you to the chef and staff!!

Loved our impromptu visit to this sweet little restaurant. We went hiking up to Fri-state peak and came down to explore a little of the town. Plans to drive back to Knox for supper when we saw this place. Walked in on a Saturday without a reservation and they were super kind to seat us without issue, and promptly.

Our waiter Gabe was attentive, genuinely kind, hospitable and knowledgeable. He gave us great details of the food, what we could expect, spot on suggestions and then a fun history of the space (which I’m always a sucker for antiques and history). Loved seeing the nostalgic photos as we left.

Food was incredible. We split the stuffed flounder and a couple of sushi rolls. Didn’t disappoint, I’m still thinking of it 24 hrs later! Then we got to enjoy 2 of their amazingly delicious desserts: Apple cobbler and the pecan bars. (full disclosure, it is pricey but what a nice break from cookie cutter restaurant chains and bad fast food)

As a small business owner myself, I understand that sometimes people only leave the bad reviews, but this place didn’t disappoint and we will certainly be back! Worth the hour drive for this alone!

Very cool restaurant in a really cool small town with a lot of history. Definitely recommend visiting the restaurant and the small town. Surrounded by mountains and vei quite. The atmosphere is nice and the staff were great. The order came quickly and the food tasted great. I did think it was a little pricey but probably normal for the location.

Went here with a party of eight. While our server was amazing the actual owner was a JERK. We all got our food and overall the food was great, however we ordered a steak mid rare. The first one came out well done so we sent it back, the second one came out raw so we sent it back. Finally after the entire table ate, the steak finally came out perfect. At the end of the meal we asked to speak to the manager as we would expect a comp on that meal, the owner came out belligerent and told us the second steak was nearly perfect.
I want to make it clear that we had been to this restaurant several times that week and spent over $500 in two trips. Really unfortunate that he lost good buisness over a $33 ribeye. Won’t be giving him any further buisness and will be letting people know how he runs his resturant!
