I tried calling several times over an hour & 1/2, to place a pickup order. Each time i tried calling fter4- 5 rings, it was like they answered the phone and hung up on me. Thought maybe they we’re having phone issue’s, but upon arrival, the guy was on the phone, & another customer that was already waiting for his order said he went through the same issue as I had. Couldn’t understand the employee verbally, so I pointed to the items I wanted to order and paid, noticed he didn’t wash his hands! After looking around, while waiting for the order, I was grossed out by how disgusting the tile floors and tile walls to the ceiling and around the ovens were filthy. The place your order countertops area is covered in filth. It took about 20 mins to receive my order. I lost my appetite after seeing how gross this Little Cesar’s pizza store location is! Someone needs to clean the place, hire employees who are customer oriented, speak, and understand English – language at the front of the store, Employee needs to make personal calls on their own time, and wash hands!!

Stopped for lunch and ordered pizza puffs.
Now I know when I go to little Ceasars the food is already cooked and ready but it should still be hot and somewhat fresh.
The pizza puffs must have been sitting for hrs. They were cold and hard and tasted horrible. I believe they let the food sit too long. There has to be a limit to how long it can sit. I’m sure it was much longer.

Pizza was ready on time and toppings were fresh, but not enough, if any, pizza sauce on pizza. It was a little under cooked. Not sure if they changed their crust recipe and cheese blend. The pizza tastes different than in the past.

This place serves dry pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and both of them had very little sauce, you could only see remnants of sauce on the crust. My fault for giving them another chance. No more.

We stopped on our way through town, because we were VERY hungry and knew that Little Caesars wouldn’t make my picky vegetarian stomach sick 🙂
My husband went in to order and said the employees were all very friendly and efficient.
The pizza and crazy bread was hot and delicious! We’ll definitely stop again if we’re hungry when we’re passing through Shelbyville.

Lately Lil Caesars has had real employee issues, like no shows so the had to close the store several times by 5pm. But this day they had it going! A gal took my order, was pleasant and 1 guy in back was making the pizzas. He was fast and above all he was accurate in his makings. As soon as the pizzas were out of the over the gal took over from there. She cut the pizza and she remembered who got which pizza. I am glad they have some decent employees now. I really do like the flavors of everything we have ordered from there.
