We were the only ones there. We ordered food. People started showing up. I waited 40 minutes for my food. All because they have 1 person taking orders and doing room deliveries. She had to pack all of the phone orders and deliver them. By the time I got my food, it was cold. I was very disappointed. The grits and shrimp were horrible. 4 Burnt shrimp with cold grits. The gumbo was a bit better. Still overpriced. I don’t recommend

This is inside the Casino. Atmosphere is as expected. I stopped for gumbo with rice. I ordered Miller Lite, I got Bud light. I guess beer is beer.- or not? 🙂 Little bit of chicken, a bit more anduille, lots of liquid. The tasted was right though. I’ve had much better elsewhere. $11 could be used better.

Bboudin balls were the crowd favorite followed by the chicken..

Food was great ! Customer service was terrible. The young lady Fantasia at the counter was rude and nasty ! Completely ignored us and we had to wait 40+ minutes for chicken and red beans . We were trying to ask her how long the food would take and she proceeded to ignore us and continuously laugh and flirt with a coworker that was talking to her at the counter with a burgundy shirt . She left for 10 minutes then came back and she went to the back and came up to the front to hand him chicken when he never ordered meanwhile we were still waiting on ours . The food was delicious I might say but cashier needs work on her customer service .

We were greeted by Cheryl who was very helpful. Most of the time when you are a visitor somewhere the person taking the order isn’t really helpful. Cheryl explained the portions making sure we knew they provided healthy portions. The food and the service was great.
