Very noisy, food almost always luke warm to cool, doesn’t seem like there is management on hand to discuss issues in evening. Drive thru has issues losing orders, and speaker system for drive thru needs to be updated. Nobody can hear a thing! Custards great, though!

Went to the drive up and ordered for four people. They got my order incorrect two different times. This was around 11 on a Wednesday so we were the only people in line it took 25 minutes to get our order then after finally receiving our order the payment system didn’t work so we had to come inside and pay at the other register then when I finally got my turkey avocado sandwich, it was mostly lettuce with no avocado. Slowest service ever. 45 minute wait for a cup of custard. They had no rhyme or reason to handing out orders. Customers that delivered way after me got theirs first, even after I asked the workers about it. But .. . Delicious custard.

I really like this new location. It has a full meal selection with burgers, fries, etc. I am sure they are just wonderful but the concrete custard shakes are awesome. I had the strawberry and pineapple. Same quality as the original location I used to go on Highland Dr. I don’t have to wait in a long line with my car backed up out into traffic either.

Worst experience at Nielson’s ever! 3 concretes and a small fry. 1 concrete and fries delivered….15 minutes later fries are cold 1 concrete empty. Apparently our other two were stuffed in a fridge because they didn’t know where they belonged. When we finally inquired, and found our concrete melted, we asked to have them remade Colton instructed they be placed in the freezer for a couple of minutes. Thin enough to drink, they were brought to our table. They passed it off as an issue of adding extra strawberry…one of them was a Carmel Cashew. The greater issue is not runny shakes, but subpar customer service. In customer service myself, I understand having logistal issues is inevitable, but making excuses and trying to pull one over on me, unforgivable.

So I had their strawberry concrete! Out of this world experience! My taste buds came alive! My kids also loved their chocolate ice cream, and there is a really big playground across the street from the store. Very fun family activity if you have little ones!
