I was excited to try this being new to Bossier and finding new places to eat, but I ordered a relleno, they gave me a fajita taco salad, when I said that wasn’t what I ordered they took it but didn’t bring back what I did order. I got nothing replaced. Then they charged me for the full price of the wrong item and didn’t even try to offer to fix anything or remove the order I never got. I’m so bummed to pay $53 for one meal that my son had. I would never usually complain but that just wasn’t fair service at all.

I love Mexican food. Clearly I’m spoiled because I haven’t had bad Mexican food in Louisiana! Be careful if you ever visit or live in Kentucky, Ohio or deeper in the mid west. The Mexican food up there is terrible!
Nicky’s is always fresh food, never frozen meat and faster than a lot of drive throughs! The seasoning is just right and the salsa has a little kick.

I love the tacos here ! They have a huge covered patio area. There is live music on weekends. I was seating immediately and served my chips and salsa. Drink came out quick. I had questions about some tacos and was helped to pick the best ones! Great service and great food! This is a very convenient location too. If you want some good tacos get the steak fajita taco platter. 5 tacos with steak fajita meat with cilantro and onions, your choice of corn or flour. When I tell you amazing !!! The photo speaks for itself !! This was a spectacular experience! Great food & great service & very quick! Will defiantly be back! It was empty on my side when I sat down but quickly filled up with people by the time I was leaving!

One of the O.G.’s of Mexican restaurants in bossier. Good food, great margaritas, even better staff! Food came out hot and quick and presentation was on point. It’s very close by to the tire repair shop that I frequent so I put it’s location in a prime spot.

The food was ok. The server was extremely polite and courteous. I always enjoy the casual atmosphere. My only complaint is that the seats are starting to get some real wear and tear to them. Hopefully they update the tables and chairs at some point! I ordered the Tamales with Pork. The Tamales were cooked to perfection however the pork wasn’t the best quality. The beans are typically runny, but the taste is good. The rice was fluffy, but the taste wasn’t 100%. A good manager could whip this place into shape in no time!

The food was good and it was worth the visit to stop and try them out. Our server was new and she said so. She had to check everything and this slowed her service but she did get everything right. She was pleasant.
I would recommend this restaurant as we stopped in at lunchtime. I didn’t feel that there was much difference in the lunch menu from the regular menu. But perhaps I expected too much from the lunch menu.
