Awful experience. We went to this location yesterday and I ordered the berry crepes. It’s supposed to have four crepes and I’m pretty sure more things like sauce. This is how I received them. Then the eggs were supposed to be scrambled. They were instead cold and solid. Wasted almost 40 dollars on this. We didn’t even get a chance to say anything because the waitress walked away right after bringing the food. She did not come back till the end when she brought the check. I think she was alone which I get can be awful and this is more of a reflection on the company as a whole rather than the waitress. You think you can have one waitress on staff do everything? That’s disgusting for a company that makes a bunch of money. Thankfully it wasn’t busy, but it might as well have been. The food took forever and this is how it was. Ive never experienced food this bad before.

The food was literally the best. It was so good. I ordered an Oreo Belgian waffle with an Oreo milkshake. (can you tell I like Oreos?) it settled surprisingly well in my stomach (I have a very sensitive stomach.) my server was so kind. Her and my grandparents were having a full on conversation about the music that was being played. by the way, it was a good conversation. Not yelling and screaming but instead an actual nice discussion about how they both agreed that they liked the music. The serving was also super fast! We sat down, she took our order, and in less than 15 minutes we got our food piping hot. The atmosphere was so cozy and nice as well. 5 stars!

Late dinner after work.Gene was our server and was excellent. His recommendations were spot on. He took care of us like we were family. I had the breakfast sampler with bottomless strawberry cheese cake pancakes. Yummy! Great value for $.

Stopped for breakfast because we know IHOP has gluten-free Pancakes but it was a Rough start. We were sat quickly but Not one server would come to us and ask us if we want drinks, a hello, or be right with you! We waited, & waited & watched several servers pass us. We finally got a servers attention & asked her if we could get some service, her response was that she was new, let me get someone & what would you like to drink? Was extremely unusual answer & we didn’t care that she was new, we just didn’t want to be invisible! Our actual server came and apologized for the wait and from there the service was fine! Our food was prepared as we ordered and was very good! Coffee was very bitter, fresh pot was better but not their speciality. I ordered the pancake combo(2 eggs, bacon, hashbrown, & 2 pancakes banana fosters) spouse got the banana fosters crepe combo. Food was very good! Restaurant was clean & tidy, just need more attentive servers! Just a rough start, finished well.

Kiko was 10/10! Every single time i’ve come here i’ve gotten amazing service but today was extra special! He helped us out a lot, making sure we had our drinks full and a clean table. Honestly the best Ihop that i’ve been to in omaha, this location has improved incredibly over the past year. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location!

Waitress was nice.
Ordered the burger and a salad.
The salad was very good. The diced tomato looked nice, & ripe. Not a brown edge on the lettuce. Just great!
The burger was so over cooked it was hard, black and tough. Now, I wasn’t asked how I wanted my burger cooked to be served that way.
The cups of ranch were small and I asked for an extra one not realizing they would be that small. One for my salad (barely) & one to dip my burger in.
When the nice waitress came over I told her about the issue and showed her. I told her I’d like to pay for half since the salad was great. She said her manager isn’t here so she can’t remove half. She was going to try to figure something out but since she couldn’t adjust my ticket I told her not to worry about it. I paid 16.00 for a side salad.
I would suggest, training your staff on how to adjust a ticket instead of leaving her vulnerable to people that would like a refund for issues they may have. Customers can be rude, impatient and obnoxious. Leaving your staff at this location is putting her in a possible difficult situation.
Please educate all your employees of yours not going to be there yourself.
And let me ask, why wasn’t management there in the store.
The waitress said it was just her and the cool. As in 2 people.
I did appreciate clean appearance inside the store and the menu looked clean enough so those are Positive.
The doors needed to be washed from all the smudges and handprints though.
Good luck with the training of your staff.

Went to eat there on a Sunday morning. Was not busy at all. Hostess seats us in the only booth that has tears in the seats. Sat there for another 15 minutes while I see the manager talking to 2 servers about anything but business and tying them up. Left after that while the manager didn’t even notice us leaving. Horrible to no service at all.

I ordered the Colorado omelette with protein cakes, and a side of bacon. The service was good. Food was good and the atmosphere was good. The only downside was the iced tea tasted like it had been brewed in the same brewer as the coffee and since I’m not a coffee drinker, I went with a diet Pepsi. Other than that, it was a great breakfast. The waitress Ashley was wonderful, lite jazz music playing very pleasant atmosphere on a Monday morning.

Tried one on vacation & liked it.
When car shopping, 2 days in a row I had omelets at a competitor to IHOP, those omelets were really good.
I was looking forward to trying IHOPs version.
It was horrible, I did eat half of it, as I was hungry.
I hadn’t had lunch & it would be 2 hours before I would get home.
They had cheese slices inside that weren’t fully melted & as for the ones on top, there was no attempt to melt them. (Should there be any top, I really don’t know)
The raspberry lemonade was delicious.
An unusual experience with the food for sure.
The waitress was fine.
Food was disappointing.
