Very busy during lunch but they have plenty of inside and outside seating. You can take a number and order from the table or you can go to the register and order then take a seat. I ordered the half pair the Italian sandwich was good. There is one sauce on it that I’ll ask for it to be taken off just for flavor but other than that it tasted great! Food comes out quickly and is brought to you. Food was warm. They give you cups that you can keep and reuse. Very kid friendly. They have a kids menu. Plenty of family’s were eating here. Plenty of parking in front and in back. This is connected to a hotel parking lot so overflow parking is practically anywhere behind it.

WOW, has this Newk’s gone down hill. Saw our food sit waiting to be served for 15 minutes. When I walked up to ask if they could serve it to us the response from the wait staff was utter shock that they’d be asked to do their job. Maybe they preferred getting paid to sit on their phones rather than work. Having just moved back into town with excitement it’s quite disappointing to get this terrible service. NOT the Newks I grew up with. Food was cold, soup missing. TERRIBLE. Closer to a fast food experience than the Newks I am used to.

We both got the NewksQ half sandwich and half Caesar salad. I also ordered a pizza. Everything tasted good. Giving 4 stars due to portion size and value. I got the pizza because I know their choose two combos aren’t enough food. They somewhat make up for the small portions by having the mini breadstick packs and other condiments.

The food quality has dropped dramatically in 2023, and keeps getting worse. We could not even eat our to-go Newk’s Fav salad or chicken salad sandwich. Both tasted off and we threw them away. Sadly our Newks days are over. Stay away

I am frequent this Newks about once every two weeks. It is so convenient and the food is simple. One of my favorite things to get is the sausage and pepperoni pizza. It’s so good I probably shovel it down in five minutes tops! I also really like their sandwiches. All in all it’s a great place for dinner when it’s cold out after a busy day of work.

I frequent this place about 2x a week. Always consistent. They do have amazing pizzas. Make sure you order extra cheese though . On a cold day, try one of their soups too, and you won’t be disappointed! Very pleased.
