We ate late breakfast here while staying in Pittsburgh. It was close to our hotel. Service was friendly and we’ll staffed. Diner smaller but fit the needs of the area. Food was well portion. My husband got the early bird special, said it was good. Home fries looked very good. I got the very cherry stuffed French toast and bacon. Now my personal preference neither were my favorite bacon was done in the fryer- too crispy for me. My French toast was large but not enough filling for me. If your in the area worth stopping and eating at.

We really enjoy grabbing breakfast here when we visit Pittsburgh. Always good, simple diner food. Great service. And the “atmosphere” is no-frills; takes me back. The home fries are great and the pancakes wonderful (just need more butter and some honey).

Awesome diner. I’m not sure why so many mixed or negative reviews exist for this spot. I got to try their very cherry French toast.
It was really, really good. Unlike most other places, they don’t skimp on the fruit toppings. Loads of cherries, very sweet (almost excessively so but I still really enjoyed it). And the French toast itself was also really well made. Excellent portion, looked almost like a French toast sandwich. Super great prices for this portion.
All in all, I would highly recommend this spot for a tasty and cheap breakfast or brunch in the Pittsburgh area.

This place is a great option for those who want a typical American diner experience. My waiter was super friendly and quick to bring out my food. The French toast I ordered was quite good, however my eggs were undercooked and underseasoned, which is really my only complaint. I didn’t get a chance to stop by for their lunch, but their breakfast is overall pretty solid and I’d recommend stopping by. But, if you’re like me and like your scrambled eggs fully cooked and seasoned, you might want to skip the eggs altogether.

It’s kinda like a hole in the wall, with amazing food! My husband got the kitchen sink omelette and it was very good. I had the single French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. You don’t need anything other than that. It was delicious. The service was great. We will definitely be back. The prices are great.

My bf & I enjoyed our food. They made my turkey bacon just right which seems impossible for everyone else to do lol. I like it very crispy & they made it perfectly. My breakfast potato’s were good! I dont have any complaints. I tried to go back the next day (on a Sunday) but they were closed

Lmao they tried to say i dined and dash when i left my full amount ($3) plus a tip for a total of 10 dollars on the table.was not seated so i assumed it was a chill restauraunt and i left a tip which i promptly took back due to the rude waiter believing a customer (who has nothing to do with me or my life) and not checking the table first…Also when i went back to get my change because i still wasnt believed they locked the door on me and i had to unlock it and let myself out because mr waiter was still fumbling with the register. 0/10 not coming back just to get racially profiled for sub par coffee. Thank you

Ham and cheese omelet was great but grilled cheese sandwich was close to terrible. Nice staff and fast service. I’d come back since location is good and prices are fair and some options are really good but it really depends on what you are ordering.

For the record Chicken quesadillas is not made with lettuce in it. Barely any chicken mostly onions no cheese(I guess you have to ask for it) Cherries is going down hill every time I give them another chance its dissapointing down to the breakfast. Im just going to the Apollo Cafe its much better
