I stopped by Newk’s Eatery recently and had a pretty good experience overall. You place your order at the counter, and then the food is brought out to your table, which makes it convenient and easy. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. Service definitely stood out in a positive way.
I ordered the Green Goddess salad and a 1/2 pesto chicken sandwich. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was a little rubbery and there was a lot of dressing, which made it a bit heavy. The sandwich had good flavor but wasn’t anything special.
Overall, I’d say Newk’s is a nice spot for quick service and a clean atmosphere, but the food itself was just okay.

I used to luv this place. Horrible now. $60 for poor quality food thrown into a bag and spilling all over itself. Soups used to be quality but canned would be better. Salads were delicious before, now my favorite Black and Blue would be better from McDonald’s. I would avoid this place if you want any form of quality.

Newks is usually pretty decent. This location is however consistently sub par to the other two in town.
Pasta salad was mushy old tasting. No one at the counter when I walked in to order had to look around.

First time ive been to a newks in over 10 years. My new favorite restaurant! 1/2 a french dip, first time ive seen medium rare roast beef so damn good! My only complaint, i truly just wanted half sandwich but was told side and drink came with after id ordered it. Chose fruit salad but wasnt told it was $1 more but when i questioned it, my payment cleared while i was still on the add tip screen. Which i would have added but again payment cleared. Like i said i wasnt intrested in drink or side, and when i asked if i could just get half sanwich wasnt told it was automatically a combo meal. I will be back, and b4 i left i asked what your soups were, and was given a taste of the, lobster. That was also amazing.

Loved our visit to Newk’s, as usual. Sad to hear the slaw is gone, but the soup was an excellent choice. My Italian sub didn’t disappoint! You can always count on a consistently great experience here, both food and service.

Came in with my family for a dine in and could not be more satisfied with the fresh food and AMAZING STAFF. They were all so kind but ASHLEY really stood out. She gave the kids coloring sheets along with crayons to occupy them, she also had plenty of smiles and a great attitude. She was dedicated on ensuring we had an exceptional experience. Huge thank you to Ashley for just being awesome ❤️ will surely recommend and be back to visit.

I rarely get the opportunity to leave the office for a sit-down lunch, but whenever I do, I go to Newk’s. The service is exceptional; I feel like I know everyone who works there personally, and the food is just as good. I’ve noticed the same folks working there since I started dining in over two years ago, so management must be equally fantastic. If you’re looking for a fast-casual lunch or dinner spot, I couldn’t recommend it more. It’ll be the best sandwich you get for the price, and you’ll leave full and happy – guaranteed.

I normally do not do this but this has been eating away at me for hours. I went today and got a sandwich with chips and while I was there the lady whom I was told was the general manager was absolutely horrific. She was yelling at this poor other girl who was short and heavy set and almost had her in tears. I have never in my 38 years seen someone being treated so poorly. I do not care what anyone does they do not deserve that. The atmosphere was horrible and you could feel the tension. I could not wait to get my food and get away to never ever return. You could not pay me 6 figures to return to the atmosphere let alone work there. I truly feel for every employee there.

Very disappointed in my poe boy half sandwich. Upon inspection they only put 1 shrimp on half a sandwich! And THAT WAS CUT IN HALF! The lobster bisk is also disappointed. Very salty, and only micro bits of lobster. Good flavor and it came out warm. The French dip half sandwich was full of meat and had a good horseradish and aju. Good service, nice people. Fair price.
