For some reason i do beleive that the food quality here has increased dramatically. The employees here on the night shift are seriously awesome .. ease of ordering great, food outstanding , and great energy… strawberry-lemonade on point … overall score 9.6/10..super solid score . will definitely be back!

Low cost. Low quality. If you are hurting financially, you can get a decent amount of food for cheap. I had a coupon deal for 2 Jr. Whoppers and 2 Med. Fries for $6.49 which is an incredible deal in July 2025. I’ll also add that when I went the fries were hot, and the service was good.
UPDATE in Feb. 2026 I had a similar coupon for the same 2 Jr. Whopper and 2 Med. Fries deal and let the picture speak for itself when I say the jr. whoppers were the saddest, most dry, gross excuses of a burger I’ve ever had.

Came thru the drive thru around 10:30 at night and was told there was a wait on fresh fries, which is fine. But then we sat in the drive thru for 2-3 minutes waiting on hot fries just to wind up with cold soggy chicken fries and no sauce with them. I’d have gladly waited the time for them to actually make fresh chicken. You can definitely tell when they aren’t following hold times on items. This is consistently a problem with this location and it has not improved since the remodel.

Abigail is a wretched employee. I guess asking for a chocolate milkshake, with oreo bits and sundae sauce on top was too much for her brain to compute. I went back and asked if it was vanilla after they were given to me, wasn’t sure if their chocolate just looked light im colour. She got the nastiest attitude with me and said she would remake them, I told her it was fine we were in a hurry. Therefore saving her time and not wasting product, she suddenly swing around to the manager and talked shit loudly about us, cursing that we ordered it with vanilla ice cream not chocolate. Girl, be so for real. I’ll never understand why people who hate working with people have customer service jobs. Find something else.

I was served a raw impossible whopper, very very gross!! I feel sick to my stomach…I usually always check my food before biting into it, but I was multitasking and hungry. I kept saying something is off…I thought it was just because there was barely any lettuce onions or condiments on it, but it was the meat 🙁 Also the man that brought my food to the car seemed to have a bad attitude, cut me off mid sentence, & acted like it was a bother for him to get my children bk crowns…as I ordered them both a kids meal…I ordered online through the BK app for my first time, I love the app! It was really easy.

Enjoyed my breakfast, service was moderate and food came out fast. Lobby could be cleaner but it wasn’t nasty. Tables needed wiped and floors were dirty for being 8am while staff were not very busy. Although the guy cooking was hard working the hour I was there.
