Located in a strip mall a bit of a trek from home, we found this little cafe. It was small, and lively and crowded. There was a line several groups deep to get a table on a Tuesday afternoon. We were seated more quickly than expected. The menu is huge. There is sushi, but there is so much more as well. The miso soup was nice, hot, and tasty. The fish for the sushi rolls was fresh and the portions were good sized. The bento boxes had a good variety and portion size, but my main dish was not my favorite. I would go again and probably stick to ordering sushi.

Absolutely perfect! I got the BBQ Salmon and it was under $12, came with chicken, crab cheese rangoons, two slices of salmon, a salad, and a side of rice. AMAZING and I am not a big fan of fish, I am going to be coming back frequently

Easily the best sushi in Charlotte, I’m disappointed that it took me so long to get here! Super busy, tiny place, but still so accommodating. The sushi chef came over and chatted once they found out we had a birthday, and the other owner came over during her service and gave a big hug and well wishes (while it was SO busy!) Can’t say enough good things about the experience, especially after some dud dining experiences. Ordered dumplings, as well as the Big Boss roll and the Double Taste roll. Friends ordered a few vegetarian rolls as well as a bento box and everything was delicious.

Where quality meets quantity. Maki rolls are about 6 dollars each, with 8 delicious pieces of fresh sushi per roll. Friendly staff, cozy environment, and amazing sides. One of Charlotte’s best sushi locations.

A truly hidden gem – don’t let the low prices deceive you! Their trick is to price low and make better sushi than anyone else in charlotte so you will spend the same amount you would at fancier establishments because you will be unable to control yourself from ordering a million plates when you realize how good it is! Honestly mind-blowing good sushi & other food here – I was basically in a food coma when I left last time. Prices are fantastic here (if you can help yourself) and the flavors & quality are top tier. Strange name for the best sushi place in Charlotte, but they’ve got like 50 best sushi awards on the wall with that name on it so it’s a little too late to change it now lol. Out of all the “hole in the wall” places that have pleasantly surprised me, this one sits at the top.

Amazing! Just amazing!! Food was great, music level good! Such a humble looking place, but their food is good, does not cost an arm and a leg. We got crab raviolis, big boss sushi, chicken trio, and I got the teriyaki bento. Portions are very very fair. I left super full & will 100% come back.

Only place in Charlotte to eat EXCELLENT Sushi. Been coming here for over 15 years and hopefully they will be here for the next 20 years! Had the Master Roll and Discover Roll which are two of my favorites. Great service, owner and staff make you feel right at home!
