Eat here all the time. Love the food. Only issue I’ve ever had is I reminded an older staff member that prep gloves are required for ready to serve food. And that the kid prepping a hot pizza went from the point of sale back to hot prep without washing his hands. The issue wasn’t so much the no gloves. It was her response that they don’t have to use prep gloves if it goes back in the oven. If I’m Rite or wrong you don’t go from a cash register to food prep without washing. And her response should have simply been. “I’ll talk to the staff and make sure they wash there hands between pos and prep” not defense.

My fiancé and I love this place! Today we ordered lunch. I got the blackened shrimp Alfredo add spinach and tomatoes with fries. He got the chicken Alfredo pasta. We both enjoyed our meals so much! Very delicious, great atmosphere, and outstanding service! I recommend New York Pizza in GrandBay to everyone!

The biggest issue is the ownership. The people running this place are just not good people. They are rude to customers, dismissive of complaints, and I’ve seen them treat their own staff with zero respect.

We were excited to try this new pizza place and let me tell you the professionalism and the lack of caring is an abundance with these guys. We went to their website, downloaded the Slice app and placed our order. We drove up from Theodore and planned our arrival per the app, which said the pizza would be ready at 6:30. It’s been over an hour and we get told 20 minute wait then we come back another 15 minutes then we come back and we’re told they never made our pizza and the girls at the counter are like sorry we’re busy yet people are coming in and ordering pizzas receiving them and leaving and we’re still standing here over an hour, on an order that’s over $100. Nobody seems to care, just a joke.
