Took 40 minutes for my take out order to be ready. The crab rangoons are tasty. The rice did have a nice amount of onions and zucchini. The taste was good. Not excellent but good. Love the online ordering option! Large food portions and food was cooked well & tasted great. The tenderloin was cooked exactly how we ordered it (medium). Employees were very kind and provided great customer service. 🙂

Friendly service, but took 15 minutes longer than expected. This was our first time ordering from here. We ordered a large to-go order of 7 teriyaki chicken trays. Only 3 stars because the chicken was overcooked (had a hard exterior texture, and was kinda tough to chew, but not horrible. It was dark meat, which IMO, is really difficult to overcook.) We would like to try it again, as every other aspect was great! We loved the zucchini and onion and the teriyaki sauce was delicious. Also like the fact there is no MSG and less oil. Seems healthier overall. I hope next time the chicken will be tender and juicy!

My husband went on opening day, food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The rice and the white sauce was on point and very convenient that you can order online! There was a bit of a wait, but the place was packed so that is understandable. We are so excited to finally have hibachi in Rocky Mount!

Tasty, but way too many large pieces of barely cooked onion. The rice was a bit undercooked. Soup was good n hot. Having the person prepping to-go also handing out the orders rather than the person at the register would really speed up service. This place has potential.
