We’ve eaten here a couple of times and thus far the quality and consistency is quite good. Items are cooked to order and portion sizes are above standard. The orders are filled correctly every time and they pay attention to details. I ask for my ribeye steak hibachi to be cooked medium and they have nailed it twice. I will say that when you order take out, for some reason things tend to leak a bit. Just be careful not to set the bag in your car seat. Otherwise, they are highly recommended.

I’m glad to see this restaraunt in this area. It’s nice to have a little more variety in Rocky Mount. The inside is pretty plain but the food was very good. There was little wait time and the people that worked there seemed nice. Most everything cooked on a hibachi grill so everything taste fresh. The portion were large.

I’ve ordered here when they first opened and received excellent food and excellent customer service. I ordered today and received RAW beef. I ordered medium rare, so I understand the meat will be a reddish pink, however, this is blue. This is less than rare; almost raw. I’m shocked and disappointed. You could tell it’s raw before cutting into it, but cutting into it proves it further. Will all due respect, I’m not trying to get a foodborne illness nor is anybody else. 🙁 I was looking forward to eating it until I noticed this. No wonder why it was so tough to chew. Upon calling I was told I should order “medium” next time. Last time I ordered “rare” and it still came cooked.. Make it make sense I guess?

Filet Mignon w/ Shrimp Hiabatchi & Cheese Wonton App.
First off, literally the MOST TENDER steak I’ve ever had. Melted in your mouth & I don’t even remember chewing! Sincerely, I was blown away. The shrimp was perfect. The portions are big! So… Many… Wontons!!! Everything was definitely delicious.
The young lady running the counter was definitely very busy but remained kind & efficient taking dine in orders at the counter, to go orders on the phone, running the register, filling Togo orders at the counter, & running the food from the kitchen to the patrons dining in. Absolutely not complaining, again she was very kind just very busy which is a good thing in my opinion!
This leads me to my only suggestions. Food this good deserves real plates, utensils, and definitely more front of house staff for your dine in guest. A couple servers would clear up your counter for Togo orders and improve guest experience & overall atmosphere.
You have a great thing going, and I really hope you succeed and continue to grow.
I’m looking forward to eating here again soon! Genuinely impressed. Thank you! Definitely a great new addition to the community.

Was there 11/23/25 & it was awful. I ordered Hibachi chicken & shrimp but was served teriyaki chicken/shrimp that was so hard & dry it was inedible. When I told them I was served the wrong food she said teriyaki is the same as hibachi & to request no sauce next time. Made no sense. I will not be going back.

Food is prepared quick. I got steak and shrimp and steak was tender and shrimp was awesome, it all was delicious. Large portions and service was great.
