I made a mistake on the ordering of a Domino’s Pizza online and forgot to place the order with a gift card. I am a 2x weekly customer of this store #4929.I arrived with “where’s my pizza?”. I know the staff and frequently see the Domino’s Driver all the time making store deposit at my banking branch. He said hey man! I said what’s up brother I ordered a pan ! My order was missing and I thought for sure I sent it to the correct store but after getting back to my business I forgot to send the order. I screwed up. But the staff and the Area Supervisor was available working the store like the pro she is miss KATT! I took all of 2 minutes for KATT to access the situation and boom customer satisfaction in seconds. KATT said you’re a regular this is a misunderstanding somewhere but since your here we’ll make it right. I took that personally. Domino’s is more that a pizza chain its a family of dedicated professionals who have earned my business since I was a kid! GO KATT! and GO DOMINO”S! Thank you so very much!

First and try to explain to AI, what I need for 15 minutes, i was asked five times if I speak to life person and AI told me they are a life person, which is LAI, and when it’s not understand what I’m saying. It was telling me, AI smarter than you are and then transfer me( basically it says i’m stupid ↔️), i couldn’t believe that! The stuff, don’t really know their own menu. And if you ask for cheeseburg, the price go up for a medium pizza to $25 each. Domino’s used to be amazing! Now is just garbage!!!! Worst experience ever.

Recently, when ordering a delivery pizza from Domino’s, I encountered a problem. I immediately contacted the store manager who intern referred me to their area general manager. The problem was resolved to my full satisfaction, the replacement pizza that was delivered by far exceeded my expectations of excellence.
As I mentioned to the area manager, it truly was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten.
I ordered an extra large meat lovers with additional meat, peppers, onions, garlic, and cheese. For my personal preference and taste, I prefer replacing the tomato/marinara sauce with a white cheese sauce. And it was fantastic.
I would highly recommend this loaded combination Pizza Pie on a thick New York style crust. My only wish is that they could make it with a thick Authentic, Chicago style Pizza Pie crust.
It is well worth the extra money that you pay for it.
My definition of a Real-Chicago Style Pie:
* Chicago-style pizza usually refers to deep-dish pizza, which is a thick pizza baked in a pan and layered with cheese, fillings like meat and vegetables, and sauce–in that order. The crust is usually two to three inches tall and gets slightly fried due to the oil in the pan.

Commercials looks GREAT! that’s what made me think there pizza improved. WRONG! Horrible pizza. Are double cheese hardly know she’s at all. Morning , green peppers on about one small piece in each slice , very small amounts of green pepper. Pepper taste on chemicals. Don’t go there if you want a good pizza.

Two pizzas made incorrectly. One was wrong crust and wrong cut. Other had only partial cheese. Both pizzas I’ve ordered numerous times before without issue. Called and spoke with the General Manager, Donavan. Would only credit one pizza, the Veggie (supposed to be NY crust), even though both wrong. Would not remake the pizzas because they’re “too busy on a Saturday night”. He also told me that it was “impossible” for the Spinach and Feta pizza for be missing cheese, however, one need only look at the phone one to be missing because someone from corporate was checking all the pizzas. Please see photo. That pizza comes with multiple cheese and one was certainly missing. Just a cracker crust missing cheese and toppings . The GM was completely unprofessional. If corporate reads this, consider listening to the conversation of your recorded lines of your GM with a customer who was hung up on. Twice. Been a loyal Dominoes customer and ordered many pizzas and have never had this poor food or service. Very glad this isn’t my local Dominoes. Who wants credit to go back to a store who treats customers so poorly? Shameful.

The staff was friendly but the food definitely needs improvement, I ordered a stuffed pepperoni and got no pepperoni, nor any garlic oil on my cheesy bread so it was just dry. There was barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza and you can taste it. Do better, this isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Basically I ordered 100$+ of food it was 2 x-large pizzas 32 buffalo wings and 16 garlic bites for delivery and when I received my food it was cold pizza uncut and the order was not complete it just came with the 2 pizzas and sauce like make it make sense sauce but wing or garlic bites. AFTER THIS INCIDENT I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID CALL UBER WE CALLED UBER THEY SAID CALL DOMINOES AND THEY WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DIDNT CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CONVERSATION. I asked to get some food as compensation and they hung I just don’t think that’s how a business should handle situations
