Their food is good but the delivery guy is so unbelievably rude. He demands a tip over 20% or will yell at you to pick up the food in the store instead. They NEED to change him if they want their business to succeed.

The food is alright but the costumer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered delivery even though my house is two corners away of their store because of an injury and not only did the food take 40 minutes to arrive but the driver demanded a big tip after I had already tipped them 20% (standard). He was extremely rude and had me walk up to his car instead of coming to the door. The best advice I can give is to order from somewhere else, and the restaurant NEEDS to change their delivery man.

I ordered 酸辣汤 （hot & sour soup). It was very delicious. Went inside, cashier took my order. No problems as the cashier and the rest of the staff were friendly and nice. The inside of the restaurant was very clean. Additionally, order was quick. Glad to say I had a great experience with the food and service here. I would come back for some more Chinese takeout and recommend this for others as well to try out for the first time if you haven’t done so.

I went to this location to do a mobile pick up and below is what happen. I went into the restaurant and a gentleman sitting in the dinning area and eating ask me if I’m doing a pick up. I responded yes and he said I should give him a few seconds. I said to him take your time and sat around a table. He got up and ask me the name on the order I told him. He found it and come back to ask for my name. I took out my phone and showed him confirmation of purchase (order number, the order itself and the customer’s name) he said he wanted my name. I told him that’s personal and additional. He went back and forth with me for 5 minutes refusing to give me an order that I proved to him I’m authorized to pick up. I am a black person and I have seen other races just go to the counter ask and received but I was asked additional question to prove my integrity. After waiting 10 minutes on an order that’s already getting cold, a lady came from the back and enquired. She saw that I have produced all the requirements for pick up and handed the order to me. The feeling was terrible because I know why I was required to answer more questions. I didn’t plan on writing a review but I got up today and still feel bad because of the situation last night.

I ordered delivery, and it came pretty quickly. The food unfortunately was very bland, totally devoid of any flavor. The fried rice seemed to have no seasoning. The crab rangoon was okay. What really irritated me was that I specifically asked for no onions, and if you look at my picture, there are huge pieces of onions. If they can’t get the order right, I won’t be ordering from them again.
