A friend and I were excited to try this place. This is place that just wasn’t “all it’s cracked up to be”. The food was okay, my skirt steak was tender but have had better chimichurri sauce at other restaurants. The drinks were also good but just not great which was disappointing given the fact that we upgraded to better quality liquor. The servers were super nice and attentive and service was fast. This is a place that I was glad I tried but wouldn’t go again.

Wish I took photos. Had a great size skirt steak, green beans were seasoned as well as the potatoes. My partner loved their lobster roll. Kaila is a great bartender, she gives timely service and she does care and it shows in her work. Knowledgable when it comes to the menu as well. Recommended a delicious bread pudding for dessert. I highly recommend per my experience.

Delicious food. A great place to go for a special occasion or if you’re visiting El Paso and walking around downtown and want something delicious and a bit upscale (but not snooty or ridiculously upscale). The steaks and the pork tenderloin is good, as are all the sides and the drinks. I’ve also had a delicious green chile cheeseburger there for lunch, and there’s things to keep the kids very happy.

5/5 dining and service! We were able to be seated outside and it was not too busy on a Friday Night. Our waitress, Kayla was very kind and explained the menu. We got the calamari which was amazing, I got the salmon (well done) and it didn’t disappoint and my husband got the green chile burger which had a little kick but was also very good. For drinks the raspberry lemon martini was on the sweeter side ( $14) but worth it. Highly recommend.

Went for Happy Hour. I ended up getting happy hour drinks but a main menu dish bc the happy hour food options did not appeal to me,at all. Seemed like… Pre-appetizers instead of a small meal I’m accustomed to. All happy hour drinks were immaculate and delicious! Truly enjoyed them. I ordered the lamb rack and it was delicious!! I will come back for main meals but maybe just drinks for happy hour unless the options change.

We had family in town and were seeing my daughter perform in the nutcracker downtown. When making a reservation for my family I explained our situation how we were trying to eat between shows and she said if I made the reservation for 5:15 we would be fine since there is a 15 minute grace period. We walked into the restaurant at 5:27 and they told me they gave our table away since we were over 10 minutes late. I explained how the person who had made our reservation had said 15 minutes. And either way I received no update in the open table app that I received my reservation confirmation to initially. It even says on there 15 minutes also. The hostesses went to ask the manager who proceeded to not come talk to us and also not honor our reservation. Meanwhile there were tons of tables open that we could see. They could have figured something out to seat us. The way they handled the whole thing was totally unprofessional and kind of ruined our evening. We used to love this place and it was our go to for coming downtown. I will never go here again. Terrible service and just so embarrassing to our visiting family on such a special night.

Been here quite a few times and idk why I’m just now reviewing one of my fav places to grab a bite downtown !! Their service is always super friendly and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed calamari & chicken lollipops for our appetizers, a creamy & delish halibut with coconut rice & fried okra. We also shared a thick-cut, juicy ribeye steak with Mac and cheese. (The bechamel sauce used in their mac recipe is a mustttt! )
They also have a very impressive bourbon collection I got to sample a few different Wellers 12 I had to share this it was nothing short of a very pleasant experience/ dinner indeed
Thanks guys!

The swordfish was good, slightly hard, but flavorful. I understand that ordering fish in west texas is not smart. The risotto was tasty but packed with too many mushrooms for my taste Service was excellent and atmosphere is good for a date. Bread pudding looked huge but I can’t speak to the taste. I will return for sure.

Park Tavern was a nice restaurant. The food was great. I had the blue cheese burger because of the unique ingredients they used to make the burger. I also had their green chilies poloza soup, which was excellent. I was also impressed with their desserts.

Very nice place, service is excellent unfortunately food is mid. For the prices everything should be perfect. We started with the calamari. Nothing wrong with it but also nothing special about it. For the main course, we ordered the branzino and the skirt steak. The fish was fried very hard and had little to no seasoning and the asparagus it was served with was not properly prepared. The fibrous bottoms were left on. The dish could’ve used some acidity. The mac and cheese was bland. The skirt steak was cooked well but the chimichurri was surprisingly not as flavorful and bright as a chimichurri should be. The fingerling potatoes were nondescript and the Brussels sprouts were actually seasoned and cooked well. The salads that came with the meals were also good. Overall a nice dining experience but the food was not as impressive as I had hoped.
