Came in with my family. Was sat right away. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and then another 10 minutes for someone to bring out the drinks. Then waited 45 minutes for someone to take our food order. We had asked 2 different people to take our order and was told someone would be with us shortly and no one ever came. We ended up leaving.

Food was not prepared correctly. The chopped sirloin was ordered medium and came out well done and dry as dirt. The sour dough toast was not sour dough but white toast. Totally disappointed with the visit. Maybe it was an off day. They also claim they offered to fix the meal but nothing was ever said by the server.

This place is a joke. If the cook can read the order then they should not be cooking. I ordered a meat lovers omalate and cheese on my hashbrowns but I did not get either one if them. I was given green pepper and ham omalate anf cold hashbrowns. This place needs to either do better or close.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere and food here, even through all the name changes over the years. It’s a family friendly environment, and my food has never been terrible. The service is very good, they are always super welcoming and helpful.

Usually have a good experience with breakfast. Went for Friday fish, bad idea. Our soups and salads were served after our entrees. Their idea of a pizza burger is a patty with marinara dumped on it. Paid for all you can eat cod, only got 3 pieces. Asked for 2 more pieces and after waiting for 30 minutes and the rest of the family beginning to complain about the wait we left before I could get my “all I could eat fish”. Fries were not fresh.

So this is to the people who say we don’t wear masks nor sanitize! Specifically @Brian Heinz /NOBODY is REQUIRED to wear a mask. If we felt as though it weren’t safe or we were showing ANY symptoms, we WOULD NOT come to work! Not that ANY of us need to explain ourselves, but since people tend to make assumptions, here I am explaining myself. We have 3 waitor/waitresses with health conditions such as asthma (breathing conditions are more difficult than usual). We do, in fact, sanitize our tables AND menus once our customers leave. Unless you think we should clean your table while you’re sitting at it, then we can make some adjustments 🙂 After we, the employees, handle the money at the cash register, we go to the back, which you cannot see, and we have hand sanitizer which we do in fact use because we do care about our loved ones. We live with 10 others, and take serious precautions when it’s necessary!1 Fortunately, none of us have tested positive so obviously we’re doing something right! We also have SEVERAL sink hand-washing stations which we use! I personally think the food is great! I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu, and there was nothing I haven’t been satisfied with. And as for the service being “slow,” you must’ve been here on one of our busier days. Not that it’s any of your concern, but it does get busy, especially in the mornings, but since there is a global pandemic, like you mentioned, it typically isn’t as busy as it usually is! We treat all our customers with respect and we wouldn’t do it any other way! Our whole family has been running businesses for over 50 years, so we know how to do things around here the right way! 😉 I may only be 16, but i’ve been working and helping out ever since I started to crawl! 🙂 I suggest you come take another shot at The New Hollywood and we will give you AMAZING service! :)) HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 🙂
